a thing that just occurred to me with this whole watcher streaming announcement is that not long ago they were asking for fans to submit stories for a new season of too many spirits. and now at least some of those people whose stories will be read on the show won't even be able to watch it because of the paywall. and that just doesn't sit right with me. because the watcher crew had to have already known at that time that they'd be doing the paid streaming thing. so to ask fans to provide something for new content without informing them they'd have to pay to actually enjoy that content is pretty terrible
