I know it’s the end of the week and this only fits Day 1, but I have a fanfic that fits “First Meeting” and I had tried to get it done for this week.

I can’t draw to save my life, but I wanted to do something special for @jaeheemcweek! So here’s my beautiful gal pals - in the Grimm version of The Little Mermaid, her sisters cut off their hair in an attempt to save her sister. I like to think Jaehee cut hers to give MC a happy ending. <3

Also I just wanted to draw mermaids.

Hello all, I’m proud to announce that JaeheeMC week is a go! Thank you all for the support so far!

JaeheeMC week will be a week-long event dedicated to the ship of Jaeee and MC from Mystic Messenger. The week will be held July 23-29, we’d appreciate any participation and support you have to offer!

Listed under the cut are the prompts and additional information you may care to know about the event.

There will be one main prompt per day. The goal is to post a creation based around JaeheeMC, both fanart and fics are welcome! The prompts are all open to interpretation, so take as many artistic liberties as you would like! The descriptions under each are only there to give suggestions.

We ask that you review our rules and guidelines ( here ) before submitting. Otherwise, our inbox is open ( here ) for any additional questions you may have!

July 23, Day 1 - First meeting

Both the first day MC entered the chatroom and the day of the first RFA party MC hosted must have been very eventful days ~

July 24, Day 2 - Acceptance / Confession

Tell us about the day Jaehee accepts her feelings, or the day one gets the courage to confess their feelings, or ask the other on a date. Essentially, whatever event you think kickstarted their official relationship.

July 25, Day 3 - First date

What was their first date like? Where did they go, what did they do?

July 26, Day 4 - Gifts

Often when getting a gift for your significant other, you try to put a lot of thought into it, based on what you know about them. What kinds of gifts do you think Jaehee and MC might get for each other? How did they pick them out or some across them? How did the other react when receiving it?

July 27, Day 5 - Home

What constitutes a home shared between the two of them? Is it a place, a moment? A memory?

July 28, Day 6 - Proposal, Marriage, Wedding

Did Jaehee or MC plan something big for finally proposing to be something more? Or was it something simple? Alternatively, what do you think their wedding would be like?

July 29, Day 7 - After Ending

Tell us about the cafe. How are they handling running their own business? Did something good happen one day to bring them closer? Did the business bring any new conflicts or challenges for them? Or are they smoothly running the cafe of their dreams, side by side? Where are they now?

!! Bonus day !! July 30, Day 8 - After "After Ending"

Essentially a free day! You could create a post-after ending piece, or any other JaeheeMC piece of your choice , with a theme you didn't get an opportunity to do within the event Just a bonus day to show our couple a little more love
