📍It’s All about Choices, and I choose ME❤️ I chose to change my relationship with food, so that I could be here for my baby. I’m still greedy😩, I still love food😛, I still travel to eat😂 But I no longer use food as a safe haven to deal with pain. 💪🏿I use it for what it’s for, and that is to sustain my life, and in the process I can now truly enjoy what I eat, because I am no longer afraid of “gaining” weight from overeating, or eating because I’m sad or stressed. I know y’all TIRED of me talking about “KETO” but it LITERALLY saved my life! 😇 That’s why I am so passionate about helping others take charge of their own lives, I struggled so much with my weight, not mowing what to do, being overwhelmed with all the info out there, confused if I was doing or eating right. 🤯 I wish there was a “me” when I was going through trying to lose 150lbs. That’s a whole person! 🤦🏾‍♀️ Don’t get my wrong I like being thick, I was just tired of being big and uncomfortable okurrr. I wanted the simple things in life, like KNEE’s‼️😂😂 (I’m short, so I couldn’t see them) Now I’m light on my feet! 👣 And 👉🏾you can be too, If you don’t know the way let me help you‼️ The moment you tell yourself “I ain’t got it” then burn gas and money to go eat dinner at the Cheesecake Factory and bust down that good plate of pasta, you could have already been 10 pounds down😒 Or when you’re like “I’ll google and do it😏 and then two weeks in, you’re still fat and Now ya frustrated🤷🏾‍♀️. 💪🏿 Successful people know, that you Play on your strengths and you “OUTSOURCE” your weaknesses👏🏾 If you had discipline in this area, you would already have booking info in your bio😂😂 But since YOU don’t let me be Your Expert‼️ You wanna get snatched NO gimmicks🤨 Help me help you!!
