Imagine… armed with 4-week meal plan, 7 Keto guide books, and the 3 bonus guides… you’ll be able to start strong and finish strong! @ketodietplanster ------------------------------ 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (about 1 1/2 pounds )⁣ To taste Kosher Salt⁣ To taste Ground Black Pepper⁣ 1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest (Zest of 1 Lemon)⁣ 9-12 stalks Fresh Asparagus (depends on how large the stalks of asparagus are)⁣ 3/4 Cup Shredded Provolone Cheese (Can substitute with sliced provolone ( 3-6 slices depending on thickness) )⁣ 1 1/2 Teaspoons Paprika (Can substitute with smoked paprika)⁣ 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Rosemary (Can substitute with 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary)⁣ 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Thyme (Can substitute with 1 teaspoon of dried thyme)⁣ 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter⁣ 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice (Optional) (juice of 1 lemon)⁣ ⁣ Preheat oven to 400F/200C⁣ Butterfly the chicken breast in half, length-wise, leaving it intact on one side to create a pocket for stuffing. Season the inside of the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and lemon zest. Add 3-4 stalks of asparagus and the provolone cheese in the center of each chicken breast and fold over, to enclose the filling.⁣ Season the outside of the chicken breast with salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs. Rub the seasoning into the chicken breast and set aside.⁣ Heat a large, oven safe pan over medium heat and add the butter. Once hot, sear the chicken until golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Cover the pan with foil, place in the oven, and bake until the chicken is cooked through, about 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow rest for about a few minutes before serving. CREAMY GARLIC SALMON & SUNDRIED TOMATO-BASIL SKILLET @ketodiet_recipe_99 4 salmon fillets • 2 tsp. olive oil • 2 tbsp. butter • 4 cloves garlic, chopped • 1 small yellow onion, chopped • 1/3 cup white wine • 1/3 cup jarred sun dried tomatoes (in oil), chopped • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk creamer OR half & half • 3 cups baby spinach • 1/2 cup parmesan • 1 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped 1) Heat oil in large skillet and sear salmon, flesh side down first, for 5 min per side. Remove from pan. 2) Add butter and garlic to pan and fry about one minute. Add onion and cook several minutes. Add wine and allow to reduce down a bit. Add sun dried tomatoes and cook several more minutes. 3) Reduce heat to low and add half and half. Bring to gentle simmer, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper. 4) Add the spinach and allow them to wilt in the sauce. Preparation:
Beat eggs and mix with cottage cheese.
Cut the ham and pepper into small cubes, add to the curd and egg mixture. Stir in the grated cheese. Turn the oven on at 200 °. Take muffin tins (ideally silicone ones), fill them to the very top and place in the oven for 20 minutes until browning.
