sorry i havent been active lately, im gonna try to write today :)

im trying to write this story but idk what i want to happen in it TvT

𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐝 -𝐛𝐤𝐝𝐤 𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐭-

this is my first story on here! i wrote it for dekus birthday, but its a little late... 

its dekus birthday and he cant sleep, so bakugo and him go do stuff together.

word count: 780

i hope its a good story!

it was four am, and deku couldnt fall back asleep. he had been trying for the past hour now. he sat on his bed, staring out of his window at the sky. still  dark but slightly lighter than before. he stared for another moment then got up, slid on his shoes and went downstairs. deku walked outside onto the porch and stared up at the fluffy white clouds. 

“pretty, isnt it” someone said behind him “huh?” deku quickly turned around  to see bakugo leaning against the building “oh, its just you kacchan” deku sighed of relief. “why are you out here this early?” deku asked “cant sleep” bakugo responded “neither can i” deku laughed “hey, wanna go somewhere?” he walked up to him to grab his hand, but bakugo wouldnt let him. “where would we even go” bakugo scoffed “just trust me” deku reached out his hand “and besides, its my birthday. can you please come with me?” bakugo thought about it for a moment then reluctantly grabbed dekus hand “whatever”

while they were walking they talked to each other. it was more deku talking to bakugo and him nodding, but still a conversation. 

“were here!” deku pointed to a big oak tree with his free hand “a tree?” bakugo was wondering why he had brought him here “it was our old treehouse, from when we were kids” they walked over and deku pulled down an old ladder. “you can go first” bakugo said. “i-i cant climb up if youre holding my hand...” deku slightly blushed. bakugo quickly pulled his hand away and deku climbed up the ladder, bakugo right after him. they both stepped into their tiny tree house. luckily it was just tall enough for them to stand in 

“heh, i forgot about this place” bakugo looked around at all of the stuff in it “remember when you pushed me out of the door and i almost fell” deku laughed “sorry” bakugo quietly mumbled “what was that” deku asked “i said i was sorry for doing all that stuff to you, okay?” he crossed his arms and looked away “kacchan, that was years ago. its fine” deku smiled at bakugo “you even have a soft side now-” “no i dont” bakugo protested. “you held my hand the whole way here” deku said “s-shut up” bakugo hated to admit it, but he did have a soft side. for all of his close friends. deku, kirishima, mina.

after a few more minutes of looking around they both climbed down. bakugo got down just fine, but deku tripped on the last step and fell backwards. right on top of bakugo.

deku stayed there for a moment, staring at bakugos blushing face “s-sorry!” he quickly got up and held out his hand. bakugo grabbed it and got up. but he didnt let go. 

“my turn to go somewhere” bakugo said “okay!” deku was excited to see where bakugo would take him.

after about ten minutes they got to where bakugo wanted to go, an ice cream place. “were getting ice cream?” deku excitedly asked “yeah” bakugo replied “go sit ill get the ice cream” bakugo told him “ok i want-” “i know what you want” bakugo interrupted him 

he came back over with the ice creams and gave one to deku “how- how did you know this was my favorite?” deku stared at his ice cream “you even got the sprinkles...” deku smiled “you always have got that since we were kids” bakugo said “it tastes really good, okay?” deku laughed 

they walked back home, holding hands until they got to the building “that was really fun” deku said “im glad we went out together” deku smiled at bakugo “y-yeah” bakugo stared at deku “it was kinda like a date” deku laughed “yeah... wait what?” bakugo realized what he had said “well i didnt mean like you like me- not that i like you- i mean i like you but-” “deku, chill” bakugo said “im just trying to say i-” bakugo grabbed dekus face and kissed him for a second “to shut you up” bakugo starts to walk toward the building “i- k-kacchan!” deku blushed “wait up!” deku ran up to bakugo

“i- you just-” deku stuttered “i know what i did” bakugo slightly smiled “were here so go to your room and try to sleep some more” bakugo told him “i will” deku replied “oh and happy birthday, nerd.” bakugo smiled “he smiled. kacchan smiled at me!” deku thought “goodnight” they both walked to their rooms. 

deku didnt fall asleep. he couldnt stop thinking about bakugo. and bakugo didnt either. he couldnt stop thinking about deku. 

that morning they spent together was dekus favorite part of his birthday.
