Vance saves an interspecies couple from an angry mob... and there is a bit here about him like, realizing that he and the other Guardians also kinda sounded like this mob but since this won't transfer over to the main books it is pointless.

It is always kinda funny to me when someone is hanging out with the Rider but they are on foot so it is like... does GR go real slow so the person can walk with them or does he drive where they are going and then wait for the person to make their way over to them just so they can bust through the wall together?

All of the intro pages of this storyline are one cold open page and then a double-spread title page... it is an interesting design choice cause it pretty much means that 3 of the 8 pages of this story are devoted to a flashy opener but then they have to cram everything in in the remaining 5 pages.
