A Tune for You (Vagabond Cookie)

Being a scout for the Magistrate meant heading into the village ahead of time to go over and help the villagers to prepare for the Magistrate’s arrival. This is where you would meet Vagabond Cookie as he tries to make a good impression on you for the village!

He took you to various areas around his village and got you well acquainted with the many cookies that inhabited the place. You weren’t easily swayed by his words of praise of how good you were at your job, how reliable you appeared to be~ You chalked it up to him trying to butter you up to go easy on him and the others for the preparations.

He insists that he means every word of praise he says to you, nothing encouraging him to do so other than his admiration for you. If he was able to right now, he’d gather the parade and have them make a symphony for you as he sang words of adoration for you!

He does get kinda needy for your attention when you’re speaking to other cookies for too long, you could be having a conversation with Rebel or Kumiho Cookie when Vagabond would take your hand and try to lead somewhere, he had a new song from deep within his heart that he likes to share with you. He was happy to see he was finally making progress with you!

When the time of the occasion would arrive, your position would shift from a scout to the Magistrate’s guard. Vagabond’s likely rival at this point would be Okchun Cookie, who didn’t take too kindly to the Vagabond always being around you. She’s known you for longer and the Magistrate keeps brushing off her advice out of nowhere, so she could really use your attention.

She’ll try to kinda lead you away elsewhere, away from Vagabond, stating that the Magistrate requested the both of you to get more snacks for them. Vagabond Cookie would at first wouldn’t mind the sudden interruptions, it was at the request of the Magistrate after all. He will catch on the more it kept happening, especially when Vagabond was singing another song of adoration for you.

He will eventually confront Okchun when he’s had enough of her swiping you away from him, which does result in a bit of an argument. Vagabond Cookie doesn’t intend on letting you go so easily to her, Okchun thinking the same. You only met this cookie a few days ago, when you’ve known her for longer.

Competition starts with Okchun dedicating all her free time with you, seeing the sights, attending to the Magistrate together, complete tasks together, and chatting with you during your guard duty. Vagabond sings many more songs, complementing you, how you’re his most favorite cookie, how he wishes you stay here in the village with him, live with him, possibly go out with him-

Vagabond would finally be able to use his ultimate weapon near the finale of the festival, calling upon a parade dedicated to you and sing on how you’re the most wonderful cookie that walked into his life, it’s where he plans his confession to you. He promises that he’ll take care of everything you need, anything you desire, he’ll do it. Please say yes….
