Hi anony!!! *taps mic* While I think Huxiao would 100% have kids, the thematic outcomes would be pretty different depending on how the kids turn out. I imagine the following could happen:

Hu Tao might be in danger during giving birth and during the pregnancy in general due to Xiao's karma, and I imagine him seeing her about to fucking die would make things about 600 times worse for his karma and thus her lmao but I'm angsty and awful

They might just not be able to have kids because immortal + mortal BUT Yanfei was born and her parents follow the same formula, so I doubt that's an issue

If they have more than one kid I imagine not all of them will be mortal or immortal. That'd be fucking sad

The only constant in these scenarios is that Hu Tao will be mortal

This means there is a possibility she may not be alive for long enough to see her kids grow up (because idk if immortals grow slower, Xiao is a pint LMAO)

But I like imagining they'd have a big family and it'd give Xiao another reason to resist his karma ;www; even if Hu Tao inevitably dies in the end
