Draco would've been such a good Death Eater if he was actually loyal to Voldemort. He's the only Death Eater to be able to quickly and easily find Harry when he wants to and also the only Death Eater to have Harry entirely at his mercy 3 separate times. He also knows everything about Harry including who his friends are and what he cares most about. Unfortunately for Voldemort Draco is 1) not actually into the whole Death Eater cause and 2) hopelessly in love with Harry Potter. Otherwise the war would've been over pretty quickly.
