most of the set was played in the dark, everyone was gathered around him as he played on the floor, chad kept insisting that we were being too polite and needed to get closer, i hung out to meet him and buy a shirt after the show and he was genuinely so touched at all like, maybe 30-50 ppl who were at the show

plus jumping around singing is an important use of time

hard agree with the hiding of facial expressions. other oft-overlooked pros of a face mask:

-diminishes/blocks unpleasant smells (excellent if you work with adolescents, i love y'all but you are learning how to balance BO with perfumes/colognes/etc.)

-can be gender-affirming (apparently i read as a twink in my mask)

Listen okay. Face masks were the best thing to happen to me ever. No need to be self conscious about what your facial expressions are doing. Easily hides acne. Helps with dysphoria. Makes you look mysterious and cool as fuck. Kind of feels like a muzzle. You know how it is
