Yoooo Ik I’m not active or anything aside from reading but I got something to ask people.

I’m debating on getting a tattoo from the heroes of Olympus series, the SPQR tattoo and the symbol of Pluto. Since there is no live action adaptation (yet) idk if the design is how it will be in the future adaptations so I’m scared it won’t be accurate later on. Should I wait years to get it or get it and pray it’s accurate?

Also if anyone else has this tattoo let me know!

I have this theory of why we never got to see Jack Sparrow doing shitty stuff

Jack's an iconic antihero character, but where is him doing problematic thing in 4th and 5th?

But I felt there's a reason

Extreme high favoritism by solo stans who wants him to be centered and "good" character

When Verbinski said Jack doesn't have to be the center of the films and he's right

I felt like that's missing for Jack's character, especially in 4th film. Pirates can be problematic in history (looking at you ofmd with Stede). Making Jack a unproblematic character is flat and boring in 4th and 5th. My pal from Discord said they're hints that he maybe problematic but we cannot see enough of him being problematic

actually am so fucking tired of the biphobia actors and singers i love are facing or biphobia in fandom with canon bi characters like what the fuck?

yes, brenton thwaites is married to a woman and they have kids together, but he's been open about his bisexuality for YEARS. and if your first reaction to finding out he's bi is, "isn't he married to a woman?" like do yall not know what bisexual means? when i found out, i was GLAD that an actor i like is open about their sexuality and damn proud of it, it makes me so happy to see that

reneé rapp has written songs about both men AND women and this girl is CONSTANTLY being torn to shreds the ONE time she expresses her attraction for men. like yeah, she's expressed her attraction for women more but bisexuality isn't always 50-50, people have their preferences. like what is not clicking for some of you guys

also some tsitp fans were weirded out by the show making jeremiah canonically bi. like since season 1 he was the only MAIN character in the cast whose canonically queer and some of you guys wanna act weird about it like what the fuck? same when xo kitty made kitty canonically bi and that her and yuri are labeled as a "random" and "forced" pairing but proceed to ship kitty with minho which is the EXACT same trope as her and yuri but ones with a man and the other is with a woman

Dick grayson late night thought:

Imagine that you're in the kitchen of the titans tower, you were told to stay back on this call because you had previously injured you ankle ( and dick being dick told you no to coming with them). So you are cooking dinner for everyone to at least feel useful for the night. As you are cooking you have a speaker in the kitchen blasting musicals and you zone out singing along to the catchy songs. By the time the team gets home they all go to their rooms to shower and change to get rid of the lingering feel of what they had to encounter. The only person not to go shower was Dick, instead of by passing the kitchen to go to your shared room he went straight to you. You are singing along to "Green, Green Dress" from Tik Tik Boom! and you don't hear the adorable brute come up behind you, only when he grabs your waist to pull you into him do you realize he is there. Instead of saying anything to you he joins in singing the song (even though he won't admit it Dick likes musicals). Both of you singing until the song is over, you turn your head to look at him taking in his face and every scar that you have learn to love. You lean towards him to kiss him but not in a heated way more in a I want this to last forever and never stop kind of kiss. He melts into you as the kiss goes on, only stopping when the need for air is so bad that you both are light headed. "I love you" Dick says leaving to finally to get rid of all the demons he faces while out fighting as Nightwing as he removes his suit and showers away all the new thoughts in his head, only leaving the thought of you in its place wondering how he got so lucky to find someone like you in this messed up world.

Bonus:

After dinner Gar and Rachel clean up, letting Dick guide you to your room where he shows you how appreciative he is of you and tells you how hot you were singing. Teasing him a little you sing a line in your softest sweetest voice "Soft, long hair, baby, beautiful eyes, Cool me down before I jump into your thighs", causing something to ignite in him that send a growl ripping through his throat and chest and darkening his eyes. Leaving you needy and knowing it's gonna be a long night.
