I’m so embarrassed. No one I know in real life will find this blog anyway so that feels good. I’ve gained a huge amount of weight. I haven’t hit this weight since quarantine where I didn’t leave the house for weeks on end and did nothing but be chronically online and eat. I was actually doing so well, I got down to 59 kg two months ago, I’m 68 now. Good thing is that I weighed myself with a fullll stomach and warm clothes so I’m hoping I’m atleast 67 without a full stomach. I wish so badly I could be one of those people that lose weight when they are stressed, I’m the opposite. When I’m in stress I just contain every single calorie I take in my body. I’m glad life isn’t linear tho, it can still work out for the better one day.
