Alright guys, I got taken by a fae mood again and beat myself bloody against Adobe's shader api, all to bring forth the BG3 Skin Shader For Substance Painter. Hopefully, this will make the texture editing work flow easier for those of us who use substance painter. Please let me know if you have any feedback or ideas about improving the resource, and if you have any questions feel free to ask. additionally, if you are reading this and would like to get into editing textures for BG3 but don't have access to Substance Painter, then please feel free to check out Volno's Texture Toolbox; which is a collection of tools to help you edit BG3 textures in Blender.

Its finally done, this took way longer than I expected and there's a bunch of stuff I would do differently, but its done and I am happy with it. But anyway, this sculpt is actually fanart of @imagineitdearies' character Tyrus, from their fic 'Perfect Slaughter' on A03, which I'm a little too invested in. (please mind the tags if you seek it out). Thank you for sharing your work, and I hope you enjoy this piece. Sculpted in ZBrush, rendered in Blender Cycles, tweaked in Photoshop. Also because there is a lot of them, below the cut are some workbench renders of the full sculpt in addition to some renders that I decided against for the final render. Enjoy!

Some Wood Elf eyes examples. Scleras are darker, warm in tone. Visible as well how the green is pretty washed out in a room without windows, only torch as a light source. Whilst outside in bright, sunny weather the green pops.
The green eyes inside show a one sided blind version.

A small batch of eye colors to show how the eyes behave in very, very bright, sunny weather and in darkness in front of a campfire.
Screenshots taken with NAT 3 + Rudy for NAT3.
I intentionally wanted that the colors behave like in real life. Which means when we have less light, color will be swallowed. We might barely see a difference between greens, blues and greys in darker settings. Those colors are normally very influenced by brightness.
Took me a lot of work to find the right balance of sclera brightness as well. Because in certain weather conditions it can look too bright and not natural. We all know how difficult bright colors are in Skyrim.
I hopefully can publish the raw WIP of this mod in some weeks.
I am very excited. :3

I am almost where I want to be with my Custom Better Vanilla Eyes. What I had in my mind to begin with.
I edited the eyeball UV for men and women very subtle. Tiny edits that make a difference but won't cause any issues with existing textures, eye shapes, sliders, etc.
Women have now smaller irises, like the men. As well did I move the iris position a hint towards inside. It balances out that slight squint women had.
Men have now the actual round iris shape women have. Which won't deform the pupil. Position and size stayed the same as there wasn't any need to change anything.
I focused on improving depth, lighting and pupil.
Apologies for the lack of men screenshots, my energy left me at that point today.

Sims 4 is still my absolute favorite modded game ever.
I continued on my MELE playthrough and saw Sims needs an update. So I did and updated my mods, too. And just stared again at my chars. How they interact with each other when you let them. And it's such a joy.

Upcoming Update: Lunar Lattice Tweaks Full Release

First off, HUGE thanks to @littlemissf for helping me fix a lot of issues I was struggling with, and for being super nice and patient with me! I would not have done the full version without you!
Secondly, this mod will not work automatically with current Lunar Lattice characters. With a little effort, I have been able to update some presets. I had been considering writing a tutorial on how to port your old character heads, but ehhhh...
Anyways, what's new?
All old .tri files have been replaced with their appropriate HPH versions: this will fix crashes, issues with sliders, etc. They will no longer have a truly unique morph, however, though original-look presets can be converted
No longer based on the Default morphs: instead, they use Wood Elf morphs. The headparts/RaceCompatibility script have been updated to reflect this. This also means that Wood Elf presets should be transferable.
Removed the HP LLK brows/scars/etc.: they are simply duplicates of HPH and not needed any more
Separated male and female ear meshes. Edited all ear options to sit closer to the new head morph. Stick-out ears look a little better connected now.
Added two new ear options: Small and Small Stick-Out. These are as close to regular elf-sized as I could get.

Changed up the ear selection: I've added the ear types as additional heads in the Face Part slider. This avoids the issue of ear parts stacking/deleting your eyes, while keeping compatibility with other head parts (like beards etc.)
All ears have been converted to BSDynamicShapes and I created .tri files: meaning they should follow some facial sliders and you can now use the Sculpt tool on them. Can't seem to get them to show facetints, unfortunately, so if the ear base overlaps with a warpaint, you may want to sculpt it down
Changed the eyeglow method: instead of using a mesh with a glowmap, the iris mesh now uses the regular environmental mapping and glows via emissive data. This allows for the iris to be cubemapped like the rest of the eye while still glowing

Changed the eyelashes to use the ones from Fair Skin
Adds the LLK hairstyles as options for all humanoids
The main caveat I've found with this version is that the regular elf ears exist under the merlike ones. As long as you don't enlarge them via sculpting or edit the ear sliders, it should be fine.

I am also releasing a new mod with RaceMenu presets for the LLT Full Release. It will have 4 Full Release Style presets, and 4 Classic Style presets that I've converted to work with the update.
Currently, I need to update all the earring meshes, which is going to be a big job.

everyone's like wehhhhh why doesn't doctor house gets suuuueeed! like my man. literally every patient he sees is someone that's been trying to find a diagnosis for ages. i could live with a little medical malpractice if it were coming from someone ready to break into my home to look for allergens and not simply half heartedly listen to me before suggesting I lose weight and take ages of back and forth arguing to order a single test
