FAVS SNACKS FOR CR@VES!!

hi feathers! here is a list of what i eat when i cr@ve high c@l food.
it worked until now and i haven't had any binges since i r31@ps3d!!

-apples (~55 kc@ls /100g)
*what i usually do to make them tastier is that i cut them in reaaaaally small cubes, put them in a bowl, microwave for a minute and a half and that's it! you can even add vanilla extract or some 0kc@l sweetener if you have some, definitely top tier!!*

-sugar free chewing gum (~2 kc@ls /piece)
*classic, but love love love it!! i always have some on me to go to school and... pretty much everywhere! they supress hung3r and keep me grounded and focused (because of my mental disorders) so yeah!*

-black coffee (~2 kc@ls /100ml)
*not everyone may like it, but i personally do. it's an 4pp3t!t3 supressant, it works pretty well!*

-carrots (41 kc@ls /100g)
*same here, not everyone pay like them, especially for their texture. but you can't mash them and make a purée (it's the french word but i think it's called the same in english...), you can cut them in sticks, in dices... and my favorite way : grated carrots !!!*

-boiled eggs // without the yolk // (52 kc@ls /100g)
*i personally am severly afraid of egg yolks, and the white is super low c@l. a FULL medium sized egg is about 32g, so it's suuuuuper low c@l!!!*

-lettuce (15 kc@ls /100g)
*OMG i LOVE LOVE LOVE LETTUCE!!! so low c@l, so f!ll1ng, nice texture and you can combine it with lots of low c@ls toppingsnas well! (ex : boiled egg whites yum)*

*i've been obsessed with tea for a few years now... what can i even say about it? it changes from water, since only drink coffee, tea and water.... yeah.*

-cucumbers (15 kc@ls /100g)
*i realllyyyyy like cucumbers. they're low c@l and very filling as well, plus i really like the texture of it. in a bowl, cut in small dices, it's perfect! you can even add a bit of salt and/or pepper with it.*

Food log: day 7
it was like an actual big binge&purge today but i figured out I get triggered into binging when I’m really sad and stuff so I need to figure out how to stop doing that. Also I turned down some sweets we got as just gift after it and my mom was like “wow u’ve started eating the healthiest in the family” and she turns to my dad and is like “more self control then me did u turning down junk food” And i just sat there like yeah I definitely did not spend the last hours scowering through the pantry and trying to eat tons at once so I can purge before it starts getting digested so healthy 💀
Net cal: don’t know but probably 2500-2800ish (if I’m lucky not counting purging)

heyyyy! :D today I had a net cal 630 but I feel kinda bad about it cus I was gonna do 400 but my stomach hurt like mad crazy so if anyone has tips 4 stomach pain? But also js found out Diet Pepsi doesn’t have aspartame! I might make a list of non aspartame diet sodass cus i swear I need to find moreeee, also going out tomorrow and with my friends so if anyone has easy to find low cal convenience store snacks…. Anywayyy

binged and had 2225 , 2100 net /: I don’t wanna talk about it but my best friend doesn’t want me to restrict any more and made me eat again and it led me to binge and if I restrict she’ll force me to eat again but i still want to and I don’t want to lie to her and I just don’t what do so if anyone hase adviceee <3 bye

I’m making this earlier then usual cussss usually I would eat less but today I ended up eating maintenance /: my best friend made me eat a bag of pop corn at lunch(girl sat down and wouldn’t stop staring until I ate every bite 😩) even though I was planning on doing omad for breakfast and skipping lunch and dinner and it set me off I swear I NEED better self control like if y’all have any tipss plus if I have time to exercise more I’ll update again anywayyyy
