Olympia Soiree Lis as Dads, part 2/2 Kuroba, Himuka and Akaza
Contains some spoilers, especially for Himuka's route!
Kuroba:
When he was first informed by Byakuya’s pregnancy he made sure to read everything related to pregnancy and childbirth, even asking a midwife to teach him lol. He went a bit overboard with monitoring Byakuya’s health… She had to yell at him that he was stressing her out to back him off xD To be honest, I think all of LIs Kuroba is the best dad! He definitely plays and jokes around with his children, and does a lot of physical activities with them, but he’s not just some Disney dad! He can be strict when needed, and their kids know that when daddy says no, it means no. Also, his dad jokes cue eye rolling and frustrated groans from his children when they grow up to understand how lame his jokes are xDDD. Kuroba’s only weak point is working a lot and his unhealthy habits of staying late and not getting enough sleep. But over time he realizes he needs to prioritize his health more to show an example to his children and so that he can live as long as possible with his family.
Himuka:
Byakuya’s pregnancies are fascinating for Himuka due to changes in her body (as a boob man he would appreciate certain changes xD) and he’s in awe of what her body is capable of. Out of all the LIs he is, however, the most uncertain of becoming a dad as he exactly didn’t have good parents lol. Also as someone who’s just learning humans and human behavior, he struggles a bit understanding the logic which human children operate on. He also struggles with discipline, leaving Byakuya to take charge of it. But he gets better, as he doesn’t want to leave everything to Byakya. His asset is his wisdom and experience that he uses to guide his children. He’s also very patient, and very rarely, if ever, gets angry. In time, he grows up to be confident in his role.
Akaza:
Akaza is the perfect husband so of course he's the perfect dad as well! When Byakuya is pregnant, he makes sure to cater to her cravings by cooking for her. Having children helps him to relax a bit and people start to notice the famous Iron Mask smiling a lot more. He takes a deeper interest in cooking as he wants to provide their children with healthy meals. He always encourages their children to follow the path they have chosen and teaches them to value human life despite their color. His only weakness is spending much time at work, but when he’s home he’s 100 % present. Jigen tries to spoil their children a bit too much so Akaza has to reil him a bit  xD

Olympia Soirée LIs as Dads - Riku, Tokisada and Yosuga, Part 1/2
I don't know why, but I've wanted to write my headcanons about Olympia Soiree's LIs as dads for a long time. Maybe because the game is resolved heavily upon Byakuya finding her husband and continuing the White color, yet the routes finishes before we get to the family stuff.
Contains lots of pregnancy and family fluff, and some light spoilers.
Riku:
Byakuya’s pregnancies are a pretty stressful time for him, as he is a bit of a worry-fart, and he freaks out if there’s even a slight sign of something unusual going on. Riku takes his role as a father very seriously from the very beginning and wants to make sure they raise their children right. He tries his best to discipline them, but in the end, their children have him wrapped around their little fingers. xD When their children look at him with doe eyes and say “...Please?” his heart melts and he easily gives in to whatever demands they have xD. Riku’s aware of how much expectations are placed on his children as they are White, but he makes sure that they won’t be burned with them like he was. He always assures their children that he and their mother will love them no matter what path they choose to take. Upon Byakuya’s request, Riku also teaches them to use batsu.
Tokisada:
(Let’s go with the preposition that Tokisada and Byakuya have children after they are married, so Tokisada is like 21-22 when he becomes a dad…)
When Tokisada hears Byakuya is expecting their firstborn, he jumps up and down from joy! But when news sinks in, he grows worried if he’s going to be a good enough dad. Fortunately, Byakuya is there to soothe his fear and assure him he’s going to be an amazing dad. In the end, Tokisada becomes a doting dad! He shares his childhood memories of living in the Second World. He also teaches them the language from the Second World (I’m sorry I don’t remember which one it was) and about his faith (he doesn’t try to convert them however). His children would share his sweet tooth so they would occasionally sneak into trips to ice cream vendors, much to Byakuya’s annoyance (Okay, Byakuya gives in to temptation as well). Tokisada makes sure to provide their children with a safe and happy childhood, where they won’t be used in political schemes like he was.
Yosuga:
During Byakuya’s pregnancies, Yosuga pampers her even more than usual. He prepares specific baths for her to relax and of course, special snacks. He would be a bit overprotective of her and he insists at least on having Chiguya with her when she does her errands. Yosuga is eternally thankful that she has given him a family to protect and to love and his love for his soulmate grows even deeper. Even though their children will be White, Yosuga makes sure they know the culture of the Purple as well and teaches them remedies used by the Purple. His children are smug about their dad being fearsome “Jigoku-dayuu”, and they use that to scare off other people xD When their children grow up and search for their husbands, many would be afraid to approach them due to Yosuga’s reputation xD

What's the best otome game you've played
Hmm... Hard to say. I like almost every game I've played, but for different reasons. But Olympia Soiree definately lives rent-free in my brain after months of playing it, even though there are games that do some things better than it. So I guess it depends what aspect of game you want to focus on. Olympia Soiree for world building and lore, Even if Tempest for strong MC and gripping plot, Nightshade for.... Hanzo xD

The Only One for You - Olympia Soirée fanfic
Tsukuyomi wants to make a trip with his dear, dear child. A glimpse of Tsukuyomi's twisted mind before and during "Half-Moon", a bad ending in Akaza's route. Contains spoilers for Akaza's route.
TW: Abduction, Tsukuyomi being creepy and a bit predatory too and I mean it
Words: 2,530
Cross-posted to AO
Tsukuyomi watched a crease between his brows as his dear child ran out from Naraku, her steps echoing when they hit the stairs in a hurry as if she wished nothing but to get far away from him. No doubt she was running to the surface, to Akaza of the Red, so they could together save this cursed island and its disgusting habitants who did nothing but obsess over colors. The door shut after her with a heavy thump, imprisoning him with his regrets.
She really has fallen in love with that man.
Tsukuyomi sighed and shook his head. He had probably realized it even earlier than her. After all, he had seen the same look on many White women before her. Hakua had looked exactly the same when she came to tell him about a strange man from the Outside World, who had washed ashore and asked for his permission to take him as her husband. Both of their eyes were a bit distant and a voice soft, when they murmured the name of the man they had fallen to.
He sent an apology to Hakua, not being able to protect her only daughter, as he gave the spring a last glance and turned his back to it. He stepped from the moss-covered ground onto the porch of his house and made his way to the living room, the wooden floor creaking under his feet. The unfinished mandala rested against the stand with different colored paints and brushes in front of it. He would have to hurry if he wanted to finish it before everything would end. Tsukuyomi sat down, took a red-colored brush, and started working on a part that still demanded his attention.
His face tightened, as he added red paint to the canvas. It irked him to see the same red, the same color that man’s eyes and hair were.
I should have killed him when I had the chance.
He moved the brush a bit too fast, accidentally tainting a white color next to it, and clicked his tongue in annoyance. An easily avoidable mistake, of the kind he rarely did. But he could fix it when the red paint would dry. He put the red-colored brush down and took another brush, this time a white colored.
You can still save her.
Tsukuyomi furrowed and lowered his hand. Was it his own voice? Or was it merely a whisper from Shinimizu? He put the brush down and exited the house, striding to the edge of the Shimizu Spring. It looked the same as ever, the water still and clear. The half of Amaterasu’s mirror, which he had stolen from Kakurinomiya, lay on the bottom. Izanami’s glee from his offering and inevitable freedom rumbled under the surface as she fed strength from the mirror like a parasite that had long been denied nourishment.
Tsukuyomi chuckled, his foul mood fading away. It was amusing how he would be the one to release her when he had imprisoned her in the first place and even lost his powers as a god in the process.
He knelt at the edge of the spring, raising his sleeve to his arm, and ran his fingers in the water. The ripples appeared and vanished almost at the same time, much like how human life extinguished before it could even begin. When he had started to live in Naraku, he could tell which fleeting whispers in the air were his own musings and which ones were from the Shinimizu. Along the long, long years he had dwelled in Naraku, with no one to keep him company but his brother, it had stopped mattering whose voice he heard.
He scooped the cool water with his hand and swallowed it. He swept his mouth with his sleeve, water dripping a bit from the corner of his lips. A sheer curiosity and boredom had driven him to start drinking from the spring, but he had grown to appreciate the taste. The water soothed him like always, allowing him to see what was most crucial.
I can still protect her.
The mirror did have another half. The one that lay at the bottom of the Ikimizu Spring in Tennyo Island. He could just wait for Izanami to gain her powers back… but why should he wait? It would be far more efficient to just break the other half of the mirror. The result would still be the same; the Second World would drown and all of those who lived there.
Whereas he and his dear child, Byakuya… would make a little trip.
Just like in the past.
Tsukuyomi jumped up, something foreign, but warm bubbling inside of him, something that he had trouble recognizing. He placed his hand on his heart. It was excitement… and happiness.
He was not able to save Amaterasu, but this time… he could save Byakuya.
The tokyo-mushi fluttered to his view, crossing the spring. The glowing insect usually didn’t approach him as they both stayed as far away from each other as possible. He stretched his hand. He cared little for it, but it had once been his brother and a god. He could afford to show some courtesy. It landed on his hand and fluttered its green wings. Trapped in this simple and primitive life form as a punishment for what he did to Amaterasu, it could not communicate his desires if it even had any left at this point.
But Tsukuyomi could at times sense distant emotions or interest from it such as when his child came to visit Naraku for the first time. As it rested on his hand, a faint mix of emotions echoed to his awareness; sorrow and regret. It was as though they were standing on the opposite shores and it shouted at him, but he could hardly hear the words.
He sneered as there was no reason for him to listen to Susano-o’s pleading. “You are the last person I desire to hear that from.”
With a wave of his hand, it was forced to take flight like a lone leaf on the wind. Tsukuyomi turned his back to the spring, Naraku, and the Second World. He should not waste time. Douma and Hiruko knew about the existence of the other half. If they were fast enough, they could halt his plans. He smirked while he walked to the stairs. Hiruko was nothing to worry about, as he lacked the ambition to act. No doubt he was somewhere lurking in the shadows, which were the only place that welcomed such an unsightly creature as him, and weeping after his precious Amaterasu.
But Douma… Although his hair had started to turn grey over the years, he was the same as always; his eyes holding the same command and defiance that could challenge even the will of the gods. Very much like Byakuya pursed her lips together and raised her chin, eyes flashing a defiant glint when Tsukuyomi had tried to warn her about Akaza of the Red. The father and the daughter were truly alike.
He hurried up the stairs, while the sound of the bathhouse, its customers laughing and buzzing, grew louder the further he got up.
He knew without looking back that Susano-o tried to follow him, but he didn’t bother to stop or to turn around.
****
Finally, the world had ended.
Only he and Byakuya were left. She was finally safe from Akaza of the Red and Amaterasu, resting in his arms like a doll. He stroked her hair, his hands trembling, and smiled widely; he didn’t recall a time he had felt so joyous. No more disgusting humans defiling and destroying those he cared for. She slept with her mouth a little open, but quietly. The only movement from her was the rising of her chest in a steady rhythm. She reminded him of the dolls he had built over the years. White, long hair, and porcelain skin. Perfect and stainless.
The sea of Shinimizu surrounded them in the darkness, waves cradling their boat gently like a mother would rock her child to sleep. The Shinimizu had engulfed both Tenguu and Tennyo Island and all the small islands. Everyone was finally equal in death, as the Shimizu did not segregate between colors. Every living mortal from main colors and lower classes, from babies to elders, rested at the bottom. The only memory left from the Second World was the moon shedding its pale light, the one he had to sacrifice his right eye for.
He had barely been on time, as she had come to look for the mirror as well, to use it to find the other half. But meeting her on Tennyo Island suited him just fine, as he wouldn't have to search for her. The sheer shock of him shattering the mirror in front of her had caused her to fall to the ground like a marionette, of which strings had been cut off. She didn’t need to lay on the cold ground for long, as he had taken her in his arms and carried her to the boat before the overflowing Shinimizu could reach them.
Tsukuyomi fixed a lone strand of hair from her face behind her ear. It had been a long time since he had cradled Byakuya like this. As a little, she had snuggled against him when he read her stories or when they gazed at the stars in the same boat they were now. Whenever he came to visit Tennyo Island and landed on the shore, she was already waiting for him, waving her hand and jumping up and down. The moment he had both of his feet on solid ground, she would throw her small arms around his neck, babbling about whatever was going on in her mind. From time to time, Hakua asked him cautiously if her daughter was being a nuisance. His answer was always no, she could never bother him. He had enjoyed every moment they spent together; be it him teaching her various things from the world while she listened carefully to every word of his, or him taking care of her wounds and comforting her if she hurt herself while playing too roughly.
How much time had passed. As a child, she had been a scrawny little thing and weighed hardly anything. He easily carried her back to her mother, if she fell asleep in his arms. Holding her at the boat, when she was a grown-up, was both a familiar and foreign feeling when her childhood days were both near and long gone.
But… she fit so perfectly in his embrace like this was where she was supposed to be all along.
In his arms.
A feeling of peace and warmth filled him. He chuckled amused as he caressed her cheek. Perhaps he had waited for too long and he should have broken the mirror the day she turned 18 years old.
"Dear child, it seems that the world has ended," he said, gazing up at the moon. “But you and I are safe here. You will not become Amaterasu now." He tried searching inside of him a regret of not being able to see his sister or a longing for her. Nothing.
“And, you were also able to escape from that red-haired man. Wonderful, isn’t it? I am very glad I was able to protect you.” He had indeed saved her. But there was still so much for them to come. “We will travel together to a new world. We will sleep aboard this boat, just like when you were little. When you awaken, I will tell you a story you have never heard before.” He still had many stories to tell, countless stories she had not heard of.
“Byakuya…” he said, her name sweet on his lips, and traced her cheek softly. “I will always be on your side, and I will always wish only for your happiness. I do know you loved that man” —Tsukuyomi grimaced as a needle picked his heart at the memory of her declaring to him that she was going to take him as her husband—“but he would only have brought you misfortune. Which is why I am here to protect you. You do understand, yes?”
"Akaza…" A whimper escaped from her lips and she tossed her head, as though she was having a nightmare.
“He is no longer here.” Tsukuyomi stroked her hair to soothe her sleep. “You have only me now.”
She would need him in the same way she had needed him as a little. His lips quirked up as a realization dawned on him. No… It would have to be different this time. After all… she would have no one but him. He alone would have to fill every void in her heart; he would serve as her father, brother, protector…
And lover, if she wished.
“I am the only one who can love you," he stated, tasting the words in his mouth.
When she would open her eyes, she would no doubt wail for Akaza of the Red and for all of those she had lost. In all likelihood, she would curse and yell at him, maybe even attack him in rage. When her rage would fade and reality would reveal itself to her, she would fall to the depths of despair. But she would have him pull her up from the abyss.
When she would cry, he would dry and kiss her tears away. If she saw nightmares, she could listen to his singing and rest in his embrace. She could cling to him whenever she wished, as he would always be there for her. He would never defile her like he had promised. But… when she could not handle the loneliness anymore and would be desperate to feel another being's warmth, he would be there to offer her that.
When she would have shed enough tears she would see that her happiness was with him, she would once again throw his arms around his neck and bless him with a radiant smile that warmed every corner of his heart and soul.
Tsukuyomi kissed her gently on her forehead as a promise of their life together, careful not to wake her up. When his lips met her skin, his heart pounded a little faster, the sensation surprising even himself. He hadn't felt that way ever since he had been a child and Amaterasu had given him a soft kiss on his cheek with a promise to take him as her husband.
“So you will do the same and love me too,” he whispered to her ear.
The crease between her brows relaxed as she gave out a weak whine and curled up. He tightened his hold on her as she huddled closer to him like a small animal searching for warmth.
Tsukuyomi rocked her like he had done when she had wept after his father and fell asleep in his arms exhausted from crying. He began to sing the same song he had then sung for her.
She sighed as though she was back in the past with him, reliving those happy times.

This flashback in ATLA, Azulon becoming enraged with Ozai for disrespecting Iroh and the recently deceased Lu Ten, is usually interpreted as Azulon then ordering Ozai to kill Zuko. I disagree with this for two reasons. 1: We don’t actually hear Azulon say that, it’s only referred to by Azula (who was around seven or eight at the time and might have misunderstood what she heard) and by Ozai, years later, when he is taunting Zuko on the Day of Black Sun. Neither Azula nor Ozai are reliable narrators. 2: Azulon is, at the time of this flashback, the ruler of the Fire Nation who has just lost one of his only two grandsons and heirs. What kind of monarch loses one heir and then turns around and demands the death of another, especially when losing Zuko would hardly bother Ozai? My interpretation of this situation is Azulon ordered Ozai to give Zuko into Iroh’s care, replacing Lu Ten as Iroh’s heir, neatly removing any argument Ozai had about Iroh’s line having ended. Ozai of course would never accept this. He either lied to Ursa, claiming Azulon wished Zuko dead, or outright told his wife he’d kill Zuko before seeing him get ahead of him in the line of succession, thus manipulating Ursa to help him assassinate Azulon. I think this theory makes far more logical sense than ‘Azulon ordered the murder of his nine-year-old grandson’.

The Beast's Den (Tsukuyomi x Reader)
Notes: This story takes place after Akaza's first bad ending, Half Moon. There are few major plot spoilers and should be relatively safe to read. However, still proceed with caution, as this story does talk about the true antagonist and what they did.
Listen along: Fire Emblem Heroes Book III - Theme of Love
-------
"Tsuu~!"
A little girl jumped up into the arms of a tall, white haired man. A small smile graced his features as he held her.
"(Y/N), don't be so rough with him! And don't bother him so much, he has work to do." A woman's voice called out.
"But mooooom!" The girl cried back, which only made the man's smile grow ever so slightly bigger.
"It is alright, my child. I do not mind- I am delighted to see you as well."
"Tsu! Mother said that she'd teach me weaving on my birthday! I wanna make you something when I get good enough!" The little girl said happily, wrapping her arms around the older man in a big hug.
"I am looking quite forward to it."
--------------
A dream...
Pearl-white eyes slowly opened to a world of darkness. Nothing could be heard, except for her own breathing and the sounds of the lapping waves.
Waves...?
"I see you are awake now. How did you sleep, my child?"
You bolted upright, turning to the source of the voice to find Tsukuyomi sitting at the helm of the small boat the two of you shared, a small smile on his lips.
"Tsukuyomi... What happened? Where are we? Is Akaza alright-?!" You moved sharply, attempting to look out along the waves you sailed; however you were swiftly made aware of how weak your limbs were, as you fell straight into Tsukuyomi's chest.
"The world has ended, my dear. It is only us now."
"Wha-" you turned to look up at him, pulling away from him as fast as your sore, weak muscles would allow.
You looked out over the murky waters that gently lapped at the sides of your small boat. It was the same one used to travel to Tennyo island. The lamp at the helm of the boat was the only source of light within this darkened world.
"The sun.... where's the sun?"
"It has long since disappeared."
You felt tears well up in your eyes, as a sinking feeling gripped your heart.
"Douma... Akaza... everyone... are they...?"
"Gone, along with the entire second world."
"A-Ah..."
Your eyes stung. Your brain felt foggy. Was everything... truly gone? Riku, Yosuga, Tokisada, Kuroba, Himuka... Akaza... no. They couldn't be... but...
There was no hint of emotion within his deep yellow eye. As always, the only thing was...
That smile. That small, once kind smile that you loved.... but it no longer looked kind.
It was the smile of beast. The smile of predator who knew there was no escape. Of someone calm, in control, and knew exactly what was going on. It felt like that smile pierced through your very soul- looking to both crush your life yet soothe your heart, all at once.
His hand came up to your face, his skin as pale as your own. He brushed something away from your face, with a cool finger. You hadn't noticed him move closer to you, nor had you even realized you were crying. You didn't feel the hot tears rolling down your cheeks, or the painful constriction in your chest. In fact... you didn't feel anything.
"Do not cry my dear... everything will be okay. We will come across a new world, and reside there. I will protect you."
"No...!"
You pushed him away, trying your best to move as far away from him as you could on this tiny boat.
Your head swiveled, trying to see if there was any land in sight to swim to. You didn't care where it was, or how long it would take to get there... you would rather be anywhere but here.
"You... you killed them. You destroyed everything!" You shouted at him, as the dark void around you swallowed your every word.
"I hate you!!"
His eye cast itself downward, and his usually calm look suddenly looked a little troubled.
Not like you cared.
He... broke the mirror. He shattered it... and he... he destroyed the world. The world where your mother was, where your friends were, where... Akaza was.
"Amaterasu, Hiruko, Izanami and I are not the only gods of this universe... there are others. Others in far away lands... they have created their own worlds. Those are the ones we seek. I do not know how long it will take, but we shall sail there as long as needed to reach those lands. I will protect you, now and forever."
Your hands gripped the wooden plank you sat upon tightly, but... you couldn't feel it. You knew you were shaking, you knew you were crying, you knew that you were livid and mourning and empty all at the same time. And yet... you felt nothing.
The only thing you had felt was Tsukuyomi's cold finger upon your cheek, and the warmth of his chest that you had fell upon and pushed away.
"I don't want your protection... I want to go home. I don't... I don't want to be here. I don't want to go with you. I don't like you." Your voice was frail, your pain leaking with every word.
"....."
Akaza....
Your soulmate...
He was... gone. Everyone... everything... and now all that was left was...
"Why...? Why me? Why couldn't I have died with everyone else on Tennyo island!? Why couldn't you and Douma let me die?!" Your teary eyes threw themselves upon Tsukuyomi, who still seemed to look troubled.
"I..."
The waves gently carressed the sides of the boat. The water was murky- dark, and no doubt endless. Just as the darkness around you was. There were no stars, there were no clouds, there was no sky... no sun, nor a moon.
"(Y/N)..."
Your eyes met his as he said your name; his voice quiet.
"If you wish it... I can put a moon into this world to guide us... to guide you."
Your eyes widened at his suggestion.
"Huh...?"
That's right.... his right eye...
He gouged it out to create the moon.
"Tsukuyomi....?"
There it was again. That soft smile.
"There is not much I can do to provide you comfort here, however I wish to do my best to see you smile. If something beautiful can be created, however artifical, and you would enjoy it... I do not mind."
"But your eye...!"
"Do not worry about me, my child. I do not mind."
His smile betrayed none of his thoughts.
His facial expression was as neutral as it ever was. But it seemed... more empty then usual. As if it was devoid of life.
Your body felt weak. You didn't want to think anymore.
The world teetered, your body numb as it fell forwards, unable to keep yourself upright any longer.
Tsukuyomi's arms wrapped around you, and you could feel a small warmth from his body. It was the only thing you could feel.
"You are still weak, my dear child. Please, rest."
It wasn't like you could object, or even fight off the exhaustion. You hated being this close to him. You hated feeling his arms around your cold, numb body. You hated that you liked his warmth. You hated that he was the only thing you could feel. You hated that you couldn't push yourself away and jump off this boat right now.
You hated this beast that held you with such love and care.
You hated this creature who you had called a friend- who you had looked up to all your life.
You hated this... you hated him.
Your thoughts were abruptly cut off as you heard a gentle voice ring out from beside you.
He was... singing. What was he singing?
It was a gentle, peaceful song. It sounded... lovely. His voice...
Tsukuyomi....
....................................
This time, your dreams were empty. There was nobody there. Nothing there.
Your eyes slowly parted, as the gently crashing of waves brought you back to the world you were in.
Or... lack thereof.
You left an arm holding onto you tightly; it wrapped around your side and held you close to the man you hated.
It was then that you realized there was a gentle, dim light that fell over you and the boat.
Your eyes turned upwards- towards where the sky should have been.
And there.... shining brilliantly, beautifully, yet solemnly... was a lone moon.
"Tsukuyomi...?"
"Ah, you are awake. I do hope your rest was well."
Your eyes drifted to his face- and there, over where his eyes should be... a cloth, seemingly torn from the robes he wore was wrapped around his head.
Suddenly, a hand came up to your face, and pale fingers reached out and lightly traced along your lips.
"....I see I was unable to make you smile. I apologize."
He...
He gouged out his other eye... for you. To try to make you smile.
That moon...
Your eyes turned upwards once more- towards the beautiful, snow white moon that illuminated you with a faint white glow.
His hand fell away from your face, going back down to his side. But his grip on you with the other hand did not loosen.
"I am afraid there is little more I can do for you, my dear (Y/N)... but if there is anything you wish, I will do what I can for you."
Why...
Why did he have to do this?
Your vision blurred again, and you couldn't help but bury your face into his shoulder.
"....."
This time, you could feel your tears. They soaked the cloth that covered him, and you felt his other arm come up and wrap around you as well.
Like this... here in this beast's arms, you felt safe. You hated it. You hated that you needed him. You hated that you hated that he harmed himself for you.
Everything about this man... you hated. With your entire being.
This monster.... this scourge. This demon.
You felt his hands move you away from him, but only slightly. You didn't dare look back up at him. At his... face. The bandages...
You felt something brush against your ear, and your hair felt slightly heavier.
Your own hand came up to see what he had done, your fingers brushing against the back of his hand as it came to find an Iroha flower pinned to your hair.
"Tsukuyomi...."
You felt something press against the side of your head. Soft, but firm.
"I am the only one who can love you."
You felt like your breathing stopped at his words.
He kissed you.
And now he's saying he loves you...?
"So you will do the same and love me, too..."
It was like your heart had stopped, and all the warmth had left your body. It felt like your soul had been ripped from you and your mind was torn in two.
Akaza... wasn't here anymore.
The only one left was...
"(Y/N), my child..."
He seemed to want to say something more, but you didn't want to hear it. You sobbed, throwing your arms around the only person left who was important to you as you collapsed back into him.
Whatever part of you that wasn't touching or near him felt nothing.
The only thing you could feel in this worldless void was him.
The only one you could talk to, touch, and feel... was him.
Tsukuyomi.
You burned the memories of your life on Tennyo island.
You drowned the memories of your life on Tenguu island.
Your heart, now broken and frail, fell right into Tsukuyomi's grasp.
"Please don't leave me..." You sobbed into his shoulder.
You felt a hand rub your back.
"I will always be here for you. Should the world we come to fall to darkness, should that world end and leave us searching once more... no matter what, I will always be with you. And I will always love you. I will be with you for an eternity."
Yes...
Your life... with Akaza.
No... with Tsukuyomi.
That's all that mattered now.
An eternity.... with the only person who loved you.
With the only person you loved.
