Reading a book
My impression, when I was informed that I am embark reading outliers book entirely, was, and still, boredom and tedious. The problem was not the book itself or the type of the book; it is actually that I do not like spending time on reading because I find it daunting. I thought that I would not be able to finish it since it seemed long. These feelings have totally changed as I found reading as a smart way for learning. Generally, this book taught me how to manage my time; I was required to read a chapter per week and this could not happen unless I managed my time. Gladwell’s creative ways of mentioning the stories and his point of view were essentially to convince me. There are countless skills learned from the book. However, after reading the third chapter, which is talking about being professional by practicing, I turned despair because, as mentioned, I have to practice for 10,000 hour, which is demanding. This would be logically possible only if I were a child, but now I even do not have the enough time to post a blog. There is something substantially unusual in every story he mention; although all the renowned outliers he mentioned become famous, rich and happy, most of them were either poor or unhappy. I roughly thought that I would not be rich because I was not as poor as the  prominently  mentioned characters, but of course this is a misconception. Chiefly, I believe that I will start reading books if I have the chance to do so.

Military Council stupidity
The Egyptian government does not acknowledge the public rights. Principally, they are very simple and remarkable. In addition, the military council always defies people opinions by affirming that no one can handle the government issues right now. With their stupid point of view, the military council has compelled people to protest again in Al-Tahrir square. And now Al-Tahrir square comprises more than million protesters. I do not really know why the military council did not comply what protesters want till now.

How smart egyptians they are

They say that a picture is worth a thousand words, and this picture views how the military compelled youth to create a new way to reduce the effect of the gas bombs. The main two reasons why people are protesting in Tahrir square are first they want to decrease the violation in Egypt and to eliminate the privilege.  However, the situation turned to be a catastrophic disaster; the ministry of interior persists to kill innocent people although they do not have any weapons. Besides, the military council maintains the same regime. In my opinion, the military council should complies every single order that is given from the public.

Airplanes crash
When I started to read chapter 7 in outliers book, which is intriguing, I found that Gladwell mentioned abundance stories about planes crash. I was waiting to know the reason behind every crash as he always gave at the end of every chapter, but he continued on telling a totally new different plane disaster. At the end of this chapter, Gladwell started to connect all those previous situations into one point which is the crew was the crucial factor that leads to this disaster. The crew is responsible for most of the crashes not because of there lack of experience; they are responsible because of, Principally, there culture like the way they communicate. Gladwell, the distinguished author who wrote this book, always talks about the blind spot on any situation. His imposing way inspires me. This book learned me how to solve problems in a totally different way. It also gave me the skill of thinking outside the box that could lead me to constructive results

what makes people satisfied in work?
When Gladwell mentioned autonomy, complexity, and a connection between effort and reward as factors that makes work satisfying, he did not mean that those are the only factors that makes work fulfilled. Nevertheless, if this was his point of view that those are the factors that are necessary and nothing more, for sure I would be against him. I did not mean that those aspects are not vital ,but I would like to say that there is a further extremely factor that would makes me contented which is the spirit of the team I am working with. Autonomy mean that you will be able to deal with adversity by your own without depending on your family. I will give a practical example for the word complexity: a man is working as a ticket seller at the theater and another man who is working in a computer company as a programmer. Can you see the difference? The first one is working as a machine and nothing more; nonetheless, the other one is gaining experience as much time as he spend. To be precise, I believe that those three factors are crucial for being happy.

Reading
First of all, I usually do not read. I have never completed a book. However, I think that this time I will finish it. It is a book called outliers by Malcolm Gladwell. This book merely talks about success. Malcolm Gladwell is underscoring his idea by mentioning examples of people who became extremely successful in their life by gaining elite opportunity in their early life. I like the way of how Malcolm Gladwell is thinking. Besides, he always gives evidence for what he is saying by different types of examples. Although I did not finish it yet, I want to continue on reading.

limitations vs. Dreams
If there is a world without limitations, I will visit each and every single hidden place in the Earth’s surface. I want to learn all the languages that people speak. However, this may take my hole entire life, but its worthy. Not only knowledge is gained during the journey but also different places are visited. Moreover, meeting  people from unique cultures  like Mexican, Chinese, Russian, African, Cuban and Japanese, is my passion.  Imagine that the dream about places to visit and the amount of friends you will make, come true. I believe that after finishing this long long trip, I will become an outlier; because, I think that no one can have the enough money , time and power to do all of this.

what do you need to shine?
I believe that the Egyptian society look forward for the IQ test and nothing more. They cannot identify the differences between types of intelligence.Unfortunately, I do not even feel, without exaggeration, that the Egyptian society put IQ test in mind. That’s the reason why people who have both high analytical and practical intelligence see their future outside the country; Ultimately, They shine, become prominent and get honor. In the other hand, no one can refuse these irresistible advantages, otherwise they lose the opportunity to polish.
I think that to be creative and to solve problems in a practical way majorly depends on how smart you are; in other words, Practical intelligence is a part from analytical intelligence. However, I see that practical and creativity intelligence is more necessary than to be smart; because, in certain situations people solve the problem with the smartest way but it is absolutely impractical.

ways to learn vocab
I used to have trouble studying new vocab. Every time I want to learn a new word, I look up in a dictionary and start to memorize the meaning then the spelling. Unfortunately, This way do not fit with me. I always forget the meaning and the spelling of most of the words I have studied. I just found a new creative way to remember the vocab. Maybe this way will exceedingly take longer time in studying than the other traditional ways. undeniably, this way will stuck the word in your brain. This new smart way consists of 4 stages and it will make you differentiate the words easily
After reading a new word that you did not understand, do not harry up on getting the dictionary. If you have studied 20 words or more, ultimately you would probably forget most of them and the reason is you do not give your brain a chance to think. First, start to guess the meaning from the sentence, from the sentence before and after or even from the whole paragraph. Second, start to search in your mind for words that have the same meanings (synonyms), it is the hardest stage. Then, look up for the definition in a dictionary and compare it with your own meaning you have just brought in the first stage, study it well. Last but not least, this is considered to be the easiest stage, keep the spelling memorized. It is necessary to remember the spelling in order to write the new vocab in a meaningful way.
This impressive practical method will make you distinguish the words when you see them again. By the way, I have gained this experience when I started to read a book called " Outliers " .

Solar eclipse and education
I think that my head title is a little bit strange for everyone. In 27th of march 2006 I went to Marsa Matroh  in a school trip. it was so boring, there was nothing to do, the weather was cold and we were very tired. However, my friend and I decided to went to Al-salom where the total solar eclipse was going to happen. It was 29th at 3 afternoon, it was sunny and somehow hot. Suddenly, everything have transformed, it turned as it is the last two minutes of the sunset or the very early of the sunrise. The effect of this was, the weather became cold and birds started to appear. There were many tourists from different countries, they came to Al-salom to see this unimaginable astonishing sight. Not only this event had gave me the opportunity to see such an undeniable great natural phenomenon without paying money like the foreign people did , but also it gave me the passion for  loving science, yes it did. When I returned home, I decided to search about everything related to this kind of topics, solar and lunar eclipse, earthquakes, volcanoes and geology. Until now,   I still have the ambition to learn Before this remarkable event, I was discontented with the way I am ignoring all science subjects like Chemistry, Physics and Biology I was so bias; but after this I really enjoyed studying this subjects as well as Mathematics which is my all time favorite subject. I think that if I have not attended this event , I would have had many obstacles in my life studying this science subjects. The consequences of this event, I have chose the engineering  major to study and I have discovered a new hobby.

A dream called fame
Since I was young, my king-size ambition was football. I have been playing football for a dozen, yes I have just said 12. I have never practiced with a coach or trainer. This sport have made a major difference in my life. It made me a healthy person with no vast amount of fats in my body. I think that in Egypt you can be professional football player without any practice, I mean that most of the footballers have a merit that allowed them to be professional and the rest had the opportunities in their exceedingly young age to join a club or an academy. I do not think that if I practiced more I would be a professional player because most of the Egyptian teenagers can play football, as in America most of the American citizen can play basketball, so it will be rough for me to shine. I am not an eligible person to be a unique player because I have just joined the university and I have more important priorities than football. Honestly I do not have the innate talent that would qualify me to be professional moreover, I was not lucky to have any opportunity to practice with an elite trainer, This was Merely my opinion. To summarize,  I have not accomplished anything in this field however, I am happy so far.

The smartest Kid alive
There is a famous saying "the Egyptian kid is the smartest kid in the world" maybe this is true and maybe it is not. Anyway, this kid has a vast ability in the way of thinking and solving problems but, being smart is not enough to succeed in Egypt. There are many other random external factors that affect people's success. The effect of the education system converts him to a non-useful machines. In the west and in Europe, people appreciate the intelligent students and they differentiate them from the other average students.
After Students graduate in Egypt, they face another major challenge which is finding a job that gets very hard to find unless you have a relative working in a high governmental position. If we wish to have a better Egypt for us then we should stop all kinds of compliments like giving bribe and nepotism because there actions do not allow remarkable talents to take their fair chance in society.
According to these factors, many Egyptians leave their country to get a better chance in education and career. This is the reason why some of them become remarkable in the forign systems of education and career. Consequently they shine in their community and the merit inside them appears. Then they have the chance to achieve outstanding results in their life.

Reading is a wast of time
When I ask my friends what is your hobby ? Most of them actually says reading .I do not know why they love reading . In my point of view reading a book is very boring to me unless it talks about a favorite topic to me as sports ,astronomy, science fiction or something like that . I like to read this type but it has to be very short and attractive and it would be nice if it is supported with pictures and charts . Reading a novel or a drama is not the best thing to do because the author always write his book with every single details and that is so boring for me . The reason why i hate reading maybe it is related to a bad-memory childhood maybe my grade 1-5 English teacher was not good enough to teach me how to love reading and to convince me to do so ,but I think that this feeling could be changed if i started to read a full book from the cover to the cover but for sure this will be so difficult for me .
