A mother with her newly and soon-to-be hatched Squirtles. Ready to fight to the death to protect. A threatening look in her eyes, that says "come one step closer, you will die." One broken spike damaged in a territorial battle with a younger aggressive female Blastoise, she own. So she is capable.

Like my Charizard I put in a lot of effort and did some minor anatomy changes. I tried to make the skin more interesting so I used tortoise skin as a reference. The spikes are the hallow tubes with an opening at the top for water disposal. Her shell is based on Azurite and the Spikes are based on Amazonite, and the eggs based off of Akoya Pearls. For the egg nest I loosely based on either dinosaur or alligator egg nests. The baby Squirtle shell is from my Squirtle I made a few days ago.

Malachite Squirtle :) I based the back shell off of Malachite, the rim is based off of malachite stalactites and the front shell is based on Jade. I really hope you like it. took forever

My Charizard guarding her egg. I used some creative liberty and made minor changes to the anatomy and also bad-assed her up some. If people like this look I might start using this style more.

I also did color editing so i could still have that blue theme i had going on in its previous evolution.
