Had another nightmare today :(
Made my body hurt really badly, made my scars burn. Don’t like it! Wish it would stop but it won’t go away
Getting hotter now too, my sweaters are really warm but my skin looks icky… rather feel all dizzy and woozy than see those scars more

Deciding to start writing stuff down since apparently it’s not healthy to bottle stuff up? I don’t really get it but hey, if it works it works I guess!
I’ve started getting weird nightmares that feel really real, but I don’t remember them happening. Like, I had one where I was in this weird chair and there was tons of flashing lights and my body burned really bad! Feel so real, but I don’t remember it ever happening

My body hurts so bad… stupid storm last night… made my scars burn so bad…! I hate it…! It feels so familiar, but I can’t remember why… the flashy stuff makes it feel like it’s hitting me even when it’s not… burns super bad…!
