I know it’s over a year old, but I needed this on WTJG today.
I don’t believe “anything is possible.”
I don’t believe it’s smart to “never give up.”
But I do believe that we are capable of more than we imagine. And sometimes if you chose to believe that what you’ve been told is impossible may not be so, and if you choose to not give up just because something is hard, or just because you fall…
Great things can become real.

An English teacher once told me that is the feat itself is spectacular enough then there is no reason to embellish it. Cut the extra weight from your words and inspire through positivity. Losing weight is all about the ones and twos, because those are followed by the threes, fours, and fives, and eventually you reach your goals. Inspire people with your ones and twos, and help them reach their threes and fours.

Change has arrived!! The DVD workouts that I'm so excited for!! Although I don't know if I am ready to give up using the app, it keeps track of so much stuff for me and makes it super easy to track and log workouts. I mean the app is worth it's weight in gold. Plus the beginner training videos on the app that teach you the positions and how to execute them properly, and include modifications for those of us who are not in the best shape, have been invaluable in getting me excited. Seriously, the beginner beginner videos are amazing, plus they give you a taste of how each move feels and what muscles and areas it works, and if you stack them up back to back, you get a mini introduction workout. 2-3 time though that and you are good to go! But the DVDs are here to kick my butt into the shape I want to be in and to help me reach my goals!! So excited and grateful! Hope everyone is having a good day!

Here are some before pictures, currently the scale reads 256 pounds. I'm 6'0" tall and so a healthy weight is around 180-195. So my goal by the end of the next 13 weeks is to lose 52 pounds putting me at 200 pounds. Then I will set a new goal. That comes out to 4 pounds a week. As of today I'm done drinking soda, I have slowly pulled myself off of it, and replaced it with more juice, water and when I really need a fix I drink a glass of generic carbonated water, no sugar added. Slowly introducing more veggies, better fats, introducing some dairy-free options to make meals healthier. Most importantly, six days a week doing DDP yoga. This plan is very doable, and reasonable. I'm very excited to start the journey to the new me. Progress photos to come!

So I deleted my last photo of lunch because I just didn’t like the composition/colours and it was driving me crazy to keep it posted. 😂 I like this one better! 😜 And now I want more avocado crackers…👅💦
