I’ve got like,,, so much brain rot since the ADA era classification fic😭😭

All I can think of is Chuuya visiting the ADA during Dazai’s nap time (not that he knew that at the time) and as soon as Dazai hears Chuuya’s voice outside the break room he begins to stir. By the time Chuuya is beginning to leave Dazai’s fully awake and starts fussing for him.

Chuuya just hears babbling from the break room and instantly knows it’s him. Without thinking he starts walking towards the break room so he can check on his baby (which he hasn’t seen in so long).

Meanwhile Kunikida is panicking a bit because he has no idea about Chuuya’s previous status as his caregiver (not that he’d trust him immediately with this knowledge m given the amount of trauma indicators babyzai is giving). He’s immediately in Hide Dazai/Damage Control Mode. He doesn’t even know if the mafia knew he was a Little, but he’s still trying to keep Chuuya from seeing Dazai because it’s such a sensitive topic for him.

Kunikida tries to herd Chuuya away from the break room, and when that doesn’t work he gives up all pretenses and stands between the door to the break room and Chuuya.

But it’s too late

Chuuya catches a glimpse of Dazai through the cracked door despite Kunikida’s best efforts, and he sees Dazai pressed up against the edge of the playpen, arms up and begging to be let out. When Dazai catches sight of Chuuya his babbling increases tenfold and all that can be understood is drawn out “Chuuuu”‘s interspersed between excited gibberish.

And all Chuuya has to say is “Is that my baby?” in a soft tone he only uses when talking to babyzai, and suddenly Dazai’s babbling has turned into excited squeals. Chuuya pushes past Kunikida (who lets him because he’s now realized that the baby knows Chuuya and wants him) and stands there for a moment, wondering if he’d be going to far if he picked Dazai up out of the playpen and held him in front of his coworker. But the longer he stands there the more agitated Dazai becomes, his hands making more and more desperate grabby motions. He wants to be picked up, and Chuuya can’t stand to make him wait much longer.

He glances back at Kunikida, and when he doesn’t make any move to stop him he bends down and picks Dazai up.

The relief in Dazai’s body language is immediate. He relaxes against Chuuya, and he quickly begins to quiet down. But as his body slowly goes limp, he begins to make quiet, almost unnoticeable whining sounds and grips Chuuya’s clothes the best he can in his clumsy fists.

And Chuuya just slowly strokes Dazai’s back saying “I know, I missed you to.” Easily soothing Dazai as if itd just been a few days since he’s seen Dazai regressed, not a few years. When Dazai begins to calm down from the near crying fit, he ducks his head down, moving so that his mouth was just above Dazai’s ear as he whispers “I’m so glad you found people you trust so much. I’ve been scared that my baby was all alone again.”

And he just stands there, holding Dazai as the little and his former caregiver basked in each other’s presence. Eventually, Chuuya remembers Kunikida and all the other ADA members outside of the break room and begins to feel as though he’d overstayed his welcome, or crossed a boundary in some way by holding Dazai for so long. But as soon as he moves towards the playpen Dazai lets out a distressed wail and grips Chuuya as hard as his uncooperative hands will let him.

As Dazai refuses to let Chuuya go, he sits down in a chair in the break room. Kunikida stays, refusing to leave Dazai with a mafia member no matter how comfortable he seems. They mostly sit in silence, interrupted by the rare satisfied baby noise or an occasional question from Kunikida.

Chuuya refuses to tell Kunikida anything personal about Dazai, not that he pushes, but he does give Kunikida as many tips as possible for handling Dazai (both when he’s little and when he’s big). He tells him how he used to calm Dazai down when he had a fit, and how he prefers his milk sweetened with honey before a nap.

And the whole time, Dazai sits there oblivious as he waivers between the lands of the conscious and the unconscious. Eventually, when Dazai has fallen into a deep sleep, Chuuya is able to put Dazai back in his pen without resistance. As he ensures that Dazai is in a comfortable position, covered by his blanket and surrounded by toys he mentions that he needs to go back to his office soon.

He notices when Kunikida pauses right beside him (when did they get so close?) and waits as Kunikida searches for words.

“Are you sure you should leave right now? He may be upset when he wakes up and sees you’ve gone without saying goodbye.”

Chuuya busies himself, moving the toys closer to Dazai as he thinks of an answer. “Yes, I’m sure.” He takes a long look at Dazai, sleeping soundly in the pen as the two lean over him. He’s happy here. Surrounded by people who had easily embraced his insecurities and built him a place in his new life. He trusted them, and felt safe enough to regress around them regularly. A quiet yet overwhelming part of him tells himself that he isn’t needed anymore.

He moves to adjust Dazai’s blanket one more time, taking one last look at Dazai, chuckling as he sees Dazai’s soft smile in his sleep.

“Yeah, I think it’s best I leave now.”

And then he’s gone.

Ahhhh I’m so sorry if this is too long. I got carried away. I’ve literally been thinking about this since part 7 was posted😭. I’m sorry if I rambled too much,,, this little ask just about turned into a mini-fic

Aizawa and Present Mic

certified best friends, even if Aizawa won’t say so out loud when he’s sober

Always touching, which is usually Hizashi’s fault but if they’re chilling in the teachers lounge, Aizawa will throw his feet in his lap

When its just the two of them, Present Mic is a lot more low key. They’re very much friends who bond by just working together in the same space. 

No concept of normal behavior. Present Mic will be like “hey I’m going downtown dressed as a clown to sing songs and cheer people up” and Aizawa will be like “that sounds about right pick me up a cat magazine and a pallet of applesauce on your way back”

How they Harrass Midnight: incredibly judgey best friend energy. Midnight is Messy and they are not afraid to tell her this. Every other week they have to steal her phone to keep her from getting drunk and calling her trashy ex boyfriend

Midnight and Present Mic

Absolutely no concept of normal boundaries. They engage in Platonic Make Out Mondays in the teacher’s lounge and the first time All Might walked in on it he passed out. All the other teachers are Numb to it

They get STD tested together twice a year. They have an embarrassingly thorough presentation on it during the student Sex-Ed class

Several times, gossip magazines have reported that they’re a couple, complete with grainy photos of them together. They keep a scrapbook of these articles that they decorate with stickers and glitter.

Their go to song at karaoke is Love Shack by the B-52s. They did release a music video for their cover of the song and its as tacky as you can possibly imagine. it trigger’s Aizawa’s fight or flight response.

How they harass Aizawa: god how don’t they harass Aizawa? Immense Affection, mostly. They have a competition to see who can get the cutest picture of him (Midnight is winning with a picture of him gently kissing Sushi’s head)

Midnight and Aizawa

Aizawa is one of the first men she ever met that wasn’t sexually attracted to her. Her brain couldn’t handle this so it short circuited and labeled him as her little brother.

The best sparring partners. Midnight is one of the few people that can keep up with Aizawa in hand to hand combat. She doesn’t usually win but sometimes she can distract him enough to squeeze in a win.

Aizawa is the only person who will drink Midnight’s alcoholic concoctions, but only when he’s at a very specific level of drunk. This is bc he has no standards for what he eats anyway. Present mic has roused them from some Severe hangovers

Dedicated cat parents. If midnight feels like Aizawa has been cutting himself off from his friends she calls him like “hey I think sushi has been struggling because the lack of a strong paternal presence in his life :/“ and Aizawa is over Immediately

How they harass Present Mic: probably the least common form of harassment. Whenever they train/warm up together they are contractually obligated to mock him because he can’t even touch his toes and they’re both off to the side tying themselves into complicated formations while they stretch. Twink (derogatory).

I read a headcanon somewhere that Aizawa does gymnastics to train which makes TOTAL SENSE…and then I thought….what if Gymnastics/Olympics AU?? Training kids to become Japan’s next top Olympic team. You bet your asses Deku signed a waiver for constantly breaking his skeleton. Also….ribbon dances. ))

Don’t be fooled into thinking that my blog is exclusively Mic and Aizawa. Chisaki is probably my favourite villain so far. I actually really like his English dubbed voice, more than his Japanese one at least.

Unfortunately, judging from how he went out, I doubt he’s going to return. Maybe that’s for the best.

I like to think he makes the most of this. I also had the idea he pulls the real goggle lens over his working eye and it makes sort of like an “X” shape for head gear. But idk. I didn’t draw it over the eye so Im not sure how it’d look.

Also, I bet his prosthetic doubles as a spear if you yank the foot off………
