i was testing liquitex out further and did a quick faceup on this lady who’s been here for a year already with a blank face... mistakes were made and learned from, but at least she has something to go with for now until i find the motivation to redo it!

i bought an old a-line minifee body from a friend and with it two heads, one of which was this winking lusis faceplate i had previously modded and painted for her (when i was finished with her back then i was thinking how much i loved it lmao and now it’s mine!)

right now i’m working on a faceup commission and after that i’m going to be making her her own wig, a short pastel pink cut.

After a long, long, LONG wait she’s finally here... I got my Twigling SA Ingenue today after a very long wait haha. The first payment was made on February in 2015... 

I hope I can start working on her soon.

My Sio2 Hanshuang head arrived and it’s amazing pretty irl ;; I picked it from the customisation contest, there’s no way I would have been able to afford it otherwise... I painted goofy little teeth and made a scar from little pieces of nail art foil, those little hearts and stars you can get. I still need to make a wig for him as well as hunt down proper lashes but I’m in love with this head so much right now ;;

now that the results are finally out i can share this with you guys on here too!

I painted this head for the DoA customisation contest a-and I got second place with it... I’m so shocked and happy, I NEVER thought I’d actually get anywhere near second place! The head will stay like this, I really fell in love with the mold all over again after painting this... Hope you guys like it too!

(i also made those custom eyes that i really ended up liking hehe)

Painted some dolls today! A Dream of Doll boy for sale, a SOOM human Migma for sale as well and then gave my DreamsCreator Orchis, Pente, a new faceup because the old one was so worn... It’s always a challenge painting something so tiny, the squinting was real.

My Dollshe Bernard turns 10 years, my first doll. I saved up to buy him for over 3 years, little by little. I was going to order from Tensiya first but then Iplehouse seemed like a better option, and it turned out to be a good choice- I got him in two weeks from ordering. Still haven’t had the heart to part from him, probably never will. I can now probably pay more attention to him too since my skills have overall gotten better, and I was even able to make him a wig that fits his awkward sized head.

Long time no see since summer! The end of last  year I spent moving apartments so that added to my break with dolls... But hopefully soon I’ll have everything sorted out so I can sit down and do things with them again. I just got them into their showcase today and took a few quick portraits. I haven’t photographed in months either, only when I took pictures of the things I put up for sale... But this new place is twice the size of my old apartment so I can take pictures better too since I can actually move around without knocking something over, hehe.
