When winter is about it doesn't just effect humans but also our fury loved ones. After having a lovely #yoga practice. I find Alsa #dogs all curled up on the couch with her blanket. My heart melted. Home made dinners feed the soul. This meal fed my partners soul as he loves his meat with the skin on. Which is a good source of animal fat. And of course its orgainc so it doesn't have the nasty chemicals. The skin may look burnt but it's not. Breakfast is one of my favorite meals. We had some left over roasted veggies from our dinner so this am I made a scramble omelet. I notice when we are busy and have so much to do. We never get to enjoy our moments. Even though I had a mountain of paper work, house to sort out & website to work on, on this fabulous sunny Sunday. I took out sometime with my partner and Alsa dogs to enjoy the beautiful day. As in NZ the winter is around the corner. Waking up with coldness in the air where it's hard to get out of the warmth of your bed. The rain and cold gusty wind chilling you to the bone. So it's a good time of the year to be eating nourishing, earthing foods, that warm you up from the inside out. In our house hold we both cook. My partner is making us some good home made slow cooking stew. He is a rock star at making them. When I see him cooking up a storm I am greatful to have him in my life. And a lucky girl that he loves to cook.
