And tbh I haven't actually written on this blog in ages; I still plan on moving things into a mumu but it's taking me time as I'm busy and tumblr isn't really a priority at the moment.

The past few days have been exhausting, last night being the worst one so far with coughing fits waking me up every few minutes (the hour between 4 and 5 am was the worst, and possibly woke up a few neighbours.) The ‘bright side’ to this is that it’s all in my throat so my lung area doesn’t hurt/doesn’t seem affected. But boy does my throat feel like someone scrubbed it with sandpaper, then poured gasoline and finally set it on fire.

The actual bright side is that between coughing fits and hot flashes (because those are a thing this time???) I’m getting new ideas for my original universe and I want to yell about it, and my OCs. Gotta love it when minor random characters end up snowballing and become greater beings with so much room for character development and growth.

So I got covid again. This time it’s official because the test says so; last time it wasn’t official because the test was negative, you know 20+ days AFTER the big symptoms started and by then tests only picked it up within the first few days (and I still ate almost 50 days in isolation for it.)

This time I also feel validated because my first symptom AGAIN was a rash on my left hand, similar area included. Exactly as it happened two years ago, though this time it was only for a day and a half (two years ago it was for almost a week.)

Finished S1 of Stra/nger Thi/ngs. Loved it so I’ll go on watching the series, but not today; I want to enjoy it and if I binge it all now I won’t be able to do it.

As far as favourites go, Joyce is the first on my list (also her team up with Hopper is the best.) Glad that Steve realised his friends are assholes and ditched them.

Treated myself for my birthday. Pity the 1602 Witch Hunter Angela isn't physically available anymore, otherwise the collection of her single books would be complete.

I hope we get another book with her soon - another solo series; I know she's featured a lot in GOTG and then in Asgardians of the Galaxy. I give up on ever seen her in the movies/series after Mar/vel made He/la (I adore her btw) into the elder secret child of the family.

Seeing as it’s mother’s day, I just want to say that Ella loves all her children and is proud of them. Actually, she’s mostly proud of Dany for all she’s managed to do and accomplished after all she’s struggled with.

This one arrived today (two days early, thanks Amazon France) and it's absolutely gorgeous. Certainly my favourite of all the physical artbooks I got - they're really expensive and take a lot of space, so the vast majority of my collection is digital (about 150 of them.)

There’s nothing like planning a chill evening with music and a book, only to have an anxiety attack (still ongoing) because someone hacked your U/demy account and purchased about 20 courses - with a credit card you don’t recognise, they remove your paypal so it remains untouched and they don’t change your password which gives you time to change it yourself. Got in touch with support to communicate this and they issued an instant refund, so whoever got their card stolen should get their almost 300€ worth of courses back soon. Gotta say a bunch of those courses are in Ru/ssian so that’s a little suspicious.

AND THEN FIND OUT YOUR EMAIL HAS BEEN FLOODED WITH SPAM WITH OVER 1.5K SIGN UP EMAILS. Which is clearly a bot doing this because it’s not humanly possible to do it at the speed the emails were, and still are, arriving. I’m paranoid now that if I go to bed, I’ll end up with 2k emails again in the morning. The flood is much slower at the moment - only 162 in the past hour, so there is hope.

So, how is everyone else’s night going?

Making small progress towards the multi, I’m ironing out the rules at the moment. Idk if people include no otp things anymore but I did because they seem necessary. Also making mini bios for the starting characters, before writing out the long ones.

I also hope y’all are ready for me to start screaming about people there because it’s going to happen. More than one fc means party on the dash, sorry not sorry.

I found an article about k/pop groups dissolving or with their contracts up this year and now I can’t stop listening to Twi/ce on youtube. Send help, I love the pastel aesthetic of the most recent videos, and I’m already picking favourites.
