I can’t say this enough but this is the combination that works for me whenever I need some quick allergy relief. YAAAAAASSSS! 🙌 5.4 lbs (2.5 kg) may not be a lot for you but it is to me! That’s extra belly weight off!!! Woohoo...!!! For me it’s the hardest part to get rid off and 7 days really isn’t enough to get that ideal weight/body size. But it’s not about the numbers on the scale but it’s how I feel — I FEEL FREAKING GOOD. Period. I got my taste buds reset so I can choose to eat healthy real food now (less carbs, no sugar, maybe do keto) to keep the weight off and lose some more inches. I’m on a natural high from the detox, my head is clearer and my metabolism feels rebooted! The point is, I don’t have to KonMari a closet full of jeans anymore because I can fit into them again. 😅 So yes, #juicing works. For me at least and hey, if I really want something, you know I’ll get it. No excuses. Even if some of the juices really made me want to throw up and quit. Keep pushing! Happy Sunday!
