Hi! Thanks for translating Naruto Retsuden! Really appreciate that you took the time and effort to do so as Japanese is notoriously difficult to translate. Why did you leave out translating some parts of the epilogue? From a literary perspective, the epilogue felt a bit disjointed and had you not mentioned I would have thought that it was poorly written. I hope you could consider updating this translation whenever you're free to do so.

I buy them from Amazon JP when they're published. For the low quality ones, we ask people in Japan to send us scans from the magazine itself.

I just found boruto SD. I read a couple and I can say I enjoy this. I read the boruto manga and watch the anime and I was checking some borusara posts and read that boruto sd has more borusara moments. Is this canon or is this made by a different illustrator/fan made but is still a Kishimoto story? Like boruto is made by kishimoto but the script is Kodachi's. Is this the same thing?

This is a parody spinoff by Kenji Taira. It isn't supervised by Kishimoto and it's not "canon" (so it isn't part of what you see in Boruto manga/anime). It is however an official spinoff (so not fanmade).

In a few days. Rocha Luana and I split the translation 50-50, we already received the full chapter yesterday and there are people to typeset it so it should move quickly from now!
