âYouâre lucky that you ran into me and not one of the masters. Some of them might not take kindly to the idea of you trying to figure a way out of here.â Not that he was likely to find one â the castle was secured too well. When the raccoon struggled in his hold, Aleixo immediately set him back down, not wanting to make him uncomfortable in any way.  âJust follow me.â
Olve grinned as much as a raccoon could grin. It seemed like his luck held even with the collar on. It was promising, to say the least. He shook out his fur after his feet hit the floor and he quickly scampered after the man, âJeez, these legs are ridiculous, maybe you should carry me...â he laughed, feeling so strange in the different body but happy to get to go outside with a nice man. The air was crisp and clear and he scurried down the front stairs and to start snuffling the air and the grass, âOh man, itâs ridiculous!! I can smell so much more!?â He hoped he wouldnât stay like that for too much longer, it would take a lot of adjustment.Â

Aleixo held the raccoon at a bit of a distance from himself, not entirely trusting the transformed slave to not bite him. At the words, there was a flicker of amusement in the butlerâs eyes, but he didnât look entirely impressed at the lie either.  âIf you were hoping to escape, I canât imagine you would have gotten far. That collar would have stopped you.â Aleixoâs own collar didnât bother him â he was happy serving. At least he wasnât a slave and as the head butler, he was treated relatively well by the masters.  âI can take you outside, though, if you still want to go out there.â
Olve struggled a little, not really trying to get away, he didnât want to get dropped but he wanted to make his slight discomfort at being picked up so easily known to the other man, âLots to learn still, I guess...â he huffed, less angry and more perturbed, âBut, yes, outside, please!! I promise I wonât run away or anything!â

He laughed as the other called him tall and was about to reach down to pick the other up when the other suddenly changed. Dusty blinked and smiled. He knew none of the spells were permanent, but this was the first heâd seen in action. âWell look at ya even cuter than ya were as a masked bandit.â He took the otherâs hand and shook it playfully before moving to help the other up.Â
âIâm Dusty pleasure to meet ya. Iâm guessing yer time is up.â Without hesitation he went and pulled off his shirt and offered it out to the other one. âAinât perfect but itâll cover up the important bits to ya can get yer clothes.â He had no idea how the other felt about nudity. But he had to imagine one had to feel pretty vulnerable after having just been an animal only slight larger than a football.Â
Grateful for the hand up, Olve was even more grateful for the offered shirt - in more ways than one. âQuite the charmer, arenât ya, Dusty?â he grinned as his eyes moved over Dustyâs well-built body now devoid of its covering, âThanks and as a side-note, youâre probably right. They would have been looking for any excuse to do god knows what. It was sound advice.â He pulled the shirt over his head and shoved his arms in, pulling it down over himself, smiling a little at the bit of warmth that came with it, âHopefully thatâs the last of it, magical shenanigans are way too unpredictable for my liking.â

Axel grinned at the very attractive slave who complimented him, though his grin quickly faded when he realised the other was being escorted to the undercroft by one of many of the burly castle guards. Without hesitation, Axel stepped in front of the guard and placed a hand on his chest to stop him. âIâll take him. My master will sending him back to the undercroft once Iâm done,â Axel stated. The guard seemed to think about it for a moment before agreeing and leaving the two of them alone. Smirking a little to himself, the dragon turned to face the stranger. âLooks like youâre mine for a bit. Which asshole was sending you back to the undercroft?â
Olve was surprised when the other was able to get him some sort of freedom. at least temporarily. âYours, huh?â the kirin teased, there was something about this man that drew him in and made him feel at ease though he couldnât quite place his finger on why, âI could get used to that... but I was just out with the group for the daily walk, wasnât looking forward to going back to the Undercroft so, thank you, honestly. Iâm Olve.â he introduced himself with a grin and a hand offered to his newfound hero.

He shook his head and chuckled. âNot normally, but I think ya guys being turned into critters just naturally have the ability to talk telepathically. I donât know what yer thinking if yer worried about that. I just heard ya talking in my head.â He snorted at the question. âAnd itâs four though math ainât my thing. Though for real ya should stay outta trouble. They looking for it hardcore right now. And yer too cute to become a coon skin hat ya know.âÂ
âHuh...â Olve didnât know but the manâs reasoning made some sort of sense. He was a raccoon after all what was a smattering of telepathy add on to the absurdity? He moved closer and put his front paws up as high as he could on the otherâs leg, getting to about the level of his knee, âYouâre tall...â he grinned, âLike even if I was back nor-...âÂ
It was then that Olveâs face screwed up as a strange tickle started to spread over his skin. He sat back a little and there was a flash of light that accompanied a strange warmth and suddenly he was back to normal. âOh man...â Olve laughed at himself with a pathetic look tempered by a self-depreciating smile as he sat on the floor, naked, looking up at the guy, âJust my luck... uhm, well, Iâm Olve!â he held out his hand, still chuckling. Â

When he heard the otherâs thought and saw the raccoon he couldnât help but smiling. âYeah much as ya might look like your ready for a robbery. Iâd suggest ya not. Pretty sure someone around here knows how to make coon stew and I doubt theyâd hesitate. And Iâm pretty sure they upped the security shit around the castle.â (from) @dusty98435
Olve looked up, startled, when the man spoke without being spoken to. âYou can read minds?â he asked in his head, narrowing his eyes as he watched to see the otherâs reaction, âWhatâs two time two if you can hear my thoughts....â Whoever this man was, he was ridiculously attractive and Olve couldnât keep his impression to himself. It was all very much an invasion of privacy but what could he do?

Feeling something collide into his leg, Aleixoâs attention was easily pulled away from watching the panic around the castle. The phoenix glanced down and paused, surprised to see a raccoon of all things looking back up at him. Making noises that Aleixo was fairly certain werenât actual raccoon sounds, especially when the butler caught sight of the collar around the animalâs neck.  âFirst a man with a duck on his head, a bunch of women and now thisâŚwhat a time Iâve missed.â He reached down to pick up the raccoon carefully.  âWhere are you going?â
Foiled! Olve didnât struggle when he was picked up, instead focussing on pouting as hard as he humanly - raccoonly? - could. His ears were back against his head and he huffed quietly, âJust wanting some sunshine, friend, Iâm sure you understand? Drop me off at the front door?â Maybe it wouldnât be so bad. One thing he knew for sure, he needed to find out what noises actual raccoons made, who knew how long he was going to be stuck like this.

Aleixo had been gone from Krovs for some time, running a few errands outside of the castle walls for the Council. It wasnât exactly a common occurrence for the phoenix and heâd enjoyed that month or so of relative freedom before he was due back, though his collar had remained solidly around his neck the entire time. Once the head butler had settled all of his things back into his room and gotten somewhat settled, Aleixo had been filled in on the chaos that had overtaken the castle in the past week. He watched, quietly bemused, as someone went running passed him with a duck on their head.  âIt looks like I chose an interesting time to come back.â
Olve was a fucking raccoon. A. Racoon. It was all kinds of ridiculous but it was also a potential means of escape. Being smaller than usual, he had managed to squeak out of the Undercroft and was trudging on his little way towards the only exit he knew from their daily outings. Right up until someone came running past, startling him and sending him running as well. Right smack dab into the leg of a man he didnât recognize. Could he even speak properly? What the hell did raccoons sound like?Â
âUhm.. eek ekk eeek?â

âWould it matter if I had pull or not?â Ben knew of how much power he had in the castle, and he knew some slaves gravitated towards that for their own reasons. It wasnât strange by any means, and the master saw it was a way to ensure oneâs survival.Â
He listened intently as the slave laid out his demands. It was bold and Ben wondered if it would have worked on the other masters in the castle. âHmm, Iâm not seeing how I get anything out of that little dealâ. He personally wasnât ready to claim another just yet. He had lost both of his slaves just a month apart, and the wound was still fresh.Â
âAlso, how do you know I just wonât purposefully show you a bad time? Iâll have you know, Iâm not known for kindness most of the timeâ.
Olve laughed, knowing he wasnât making much sense but he shrugged his shoulders to feign good humour. âIt would all depend on what you decided you wanted, friend.âÂ
The masterâs second comment gave him pause. so this one wasnât one known for kindness. Well, at least according to the man himself, who knew if that was true either, âTrust.â he answered coyly, âA gentlemanâs bet is just that, a bet between gentlemen. Even unkind men have standards they expect from others, right? You expect honesty and youâll get it from me.âÂ
So naive on Olveâs part but he really wasnât expecting much, his tone made it clear he was being honest and would absolutely honour any bet they placed but, of course, being where they were, it really wouldnât matter. He had never regretted being honest and he still had a bit of faith in his kirin blood to grant him some luck.

axelxdragon¡:Â
It had been a while since Axel had been out and about around the castle; he tended to spend his days lazing around his brotherâs suite now that he was claimed. It was just easier than socialising, but it got incredibly boring. Dressed in.. very little, as per usual, Axel wandered around the castle in search of no one in particular. It had been far too long since heâd spoken to anyone that wasnât Rhaegal and he wondered if anyone would actually give him the time of day. When he noticed someone staring at him â whether it was out of lust or disgust â Axel smirked. âWhat? Too much skin?â He teased.
On the way back to the Undercroft, Olve was dragging his feet. He didnât want to go back to the stuffy, overcrowded space and his eyes caught sight of a very interesting man. An almost naked man which, despite the circumstances, was quite nice to see. He let out a snort as he smiled wide at the comment and shook his head, âNo... no, not at all,â he started, glancing quickly at the guard who was leading them back, âJust thinking it was the right amount in fact! Quite nice.â

âđśÂ What the~âŚâ Olveâs voice trailed off when he realized that everything he said was coming out sing-song-ey and he didnât know why. He noticed a few others were having some.. issues and, after a bit of melodic poking around, found out that there had been an accident of sorts and he was stuck singing everything. âCould be worse~â he crooned with a little shake to his head and sighed.Â

It had been awhile since Rhoan had been down in the Undercroft â the barghest tended to avoid it for the most part unless he was visiting someone down there. The place just tended to put him on edge, so the slave did his best to avoid it as often as possible. It was one of the rare days heâd bothered going down to the Undercroft, however, and Rhoan had just headed back upstairs. The barghest had been debating between either spending the day outside or at the bar when he caught sight of someone and shot them a vaguely concerned look.  âYou alright? Youâre lookinâ a little lost.â

Olve had made a few tentative connections and learned a bit about the castle and he was starting to understand the gravity of the situation. It didnât look good and his usual good humour was a little thin at the moment. A dickhead guard had just groped him on his way out of the washrooms and he was disoriented in the common room. The voice drew his attention and he looked to see a striking man nearby. âBeen better.â he replied, clearing his throat quietly as he noticed the different collar around the otherâs neck, âThat a claim collar?â it certainly didnât look like the collars that the rest of the slaves in the Undercroft.

Marcus walked toward the table and took a seat opposite the male and smiled. âYou seem to be enjoying yourself and the other slave for getting into trouble,â he said with a small chuckle.Â
When the stranger sat down, Olve kept calm and merely quirked up an amused eyebrow. âI donât know if Iâd say I was enjoying the other guy getting in trouble so much as that vein on the guardâs forehead looks about ready to burst.â his smile was a wry, âYou gonna blame a guy for that?â he asked as he continued to shuffle the cards.Â
