#it's crazy how i havent experienced some of these physical feelings in like a year and did not realize they were anxiety related at all #i was in chronic agony from muscle tension and headaches for YEARS and really couldn't believe anxiety could be the cause until it went away #also chest pains! thought i was having a heart attack at 3am before realizing it was lexapro withdrawal and an anxiety attack lol
