Jennifer Connelly did a new interview where she talked about many things and also about her beloved husband, Paul Bettany!

“We didn’t work together much, we didn’t spend that much time together or filming. We didn’t get together then, didn’t become a couple then. We kind of noticed each other towards the end of the film and then the following year we met again and then once we got together, we got together and married quite quickly. Normally I’d take a long time making decisions but that was a pretty swift one.

He’s funny, we’re different in ways that are more superficial that complement each other and the fundamental ways are a lot in common. He’s much more gregarious (it means sociable) than I am and is much more fun and outgoing at the dinner party. I’m much more shy and quiet and reserved. But our sensibilities and the ways we spend our time, we are similar in that.”

In these days I have found many news about the beginning of their relationship. Jennifer in 2001 was engaged as well as Paul. the phone call after September 11th exists but they did not get together but they started to feel. Paul was back single but Jennifer No. mid-January 2002 comes the news that Jennifer was back single. They saw each other again at the end of February during the Bafta Awards and have never left each other since.

When I starred with my husband in A beautiful mind and Creation, I felt at home. Our level of intimacy, almost 14 years of life together, was especially critical when he directed me to Shelter: the part of a homeless man was so strong that I needed to express the vulnerability that can be expressed only when we completely trust someone. Paul is my best friend, I respect his opinion a lot and often ask him for advice on my roles. And he asks them to me.

They met on February 28, 2001 at the tablet read of the film "A Beautiful Mind", they began to talk about more than the least. Filming takes place from March to June 2001, they have few opportunities to see each other, but they succeed.

Since that evening they have never left each other.
