Also I love how, every in every MGS game, you’re staring into the abyss that is a nuclear armageddon and then someone comes in from the sidelines and goes, ‘Pssst! Actually there’s something more sinister than the annihilation of all humanity in the works (⊙ω⊙ )...”

I love the fact that, like Portable Ops, you can take other soldiers out for missions – I like coming up with scenarios in my head every time I deploy one… like Kodomo Dragon here who jumped at the chance of going on a solo mission to prove himself a capable soldier; only he keeps struggling with transportation whenever enemy trucks are scarce, since he’s not yet allowed his own horse when he’s out on the field. Instead he’s assigned to take and train (or look after) DD, which he welcomes more than he would admit.

Not sure what to do with these so I may as well post them, what I call the “Trevelyan Kyoudai” (Mullein, Aravorn and Gareth). Though each has his or her own backstory, I like to think that they’re siblings in spirit and can imagine them sitting together in some cafe: Aravorn devouring a steak, Mullein quietly but thoroughly enjoying a first spoonful of some cold dessert, and Gareth sipping tea sitting with his back straight and eyes meditatively half-closed and just the slightest hint of airs and graces.

Fenris’s mansion turned bus station companion changing station, where I usually drop off the mages whenever I go on non-mage friendly misadventures.

Can we pretend this happened? (This probably happened - although it’s more likely to have happened if Alistair remained a Grey Warden. Oh well...)
