Hey!! I come to you because I NEED to find this obey me fic!! It was a longer fleshed out scenario where all of the brothers and MC wake up in an isolated room with a single platform and they are forced to choose by some unknown force or person which one of them will stay so the rest of them can leave. There's a crap ton of crying and the brothers admitting they love each other. First Beel essentially says his his job to protect everyone so he will stay and Belphegor is like HELL NO, then Lucifer is all like "I'm the eldest so it is my job to protect you all". That makes Satan go all "Don't be a hero dumbass!!! We need you! I should stay because I'm not essential to the family and you all have lived without me before, you will just have to do so again." Then Asmo slaps Satan and is like "NO are you insane! We need you you're so smart!" Then Levi starts having a panic attack and the MC comforts him. Then Mammon steps near the platform and is like "We all knew it was gonna be me cause I'm a scumbag." Then everyone's like NO WE DIDN'T MEAN IT! Then everyone transforms and starts arguing and the MC just realizes that none of the brothers can stay because the brothers will grow insane and succumb to their sins as coping mechanisms so the MC steps onto the platform and chains come out and chain the MC onto the platform. Then everyone's like "NO MC WHAT DID YOU DO!!!" and they try to get them off of the platform and Lucifer is in the back like "No, I'm going to lose someone again." Then the platform swallows MC and all he brothers scream and it fades to black. Then the MC wakes up along with all of the brothers around them (also waking up). They are all near the dinner table having gotton takeout to celebrate MC's good grades on a test. Then everyone has a group hug and they all cry. Then it is revealed that the reason for that bizarre shared nightmare is because of the takeout they ordered and there was this note that went something along the lines of "Bringing your family closer together!" Then everyone agrees to deal with the takeout people later cause now it's family time and then the fic ends. The same author wrote a fic about MC falling into a trap meant for Mammon and winds up with Cerberous and the brothers are all worried for them but Cerberous ends up loving the MC.

That sounds incredible! I haven’t seen it before have any of y’all?

Ok so I am trying to ask this in the most respectful way because I don't wanna snowball this into a huge discourse; but I wonder if you've been seeing the Dark Content Discourse here on Tumblr?

It basically entails that despite your personal preferences, attacking/ demeaning other ppl who create/ consume dark content is a big no no because it's their safe space to be able to explore these topics. This includes all sort of stuff like i*cest, r*pe, g*re and even p*dophilia. Now you may not agree with any of these things, most ppl don't, and they might disgust you; which is totally fine. But there is a huge leap b/w something that is fictional and something that is real.

Fictional characters are literal lines on a paper. Doing anything with a fictional child does not mean you are harming a REAL child. This might still disgust you and that's fine too. You can block that person so you don't have to look at it again but to call everyone like this and start a campaign against them is well...

I just want you to know that I am not defending that person. I didn't even know them at all before this...Neither I am advocating for anything they are saying or confirming/claiming that they are good irl. I don't know them.

I just want you look at this from a different perspective and know your thoughts about this ordeal. Like for one moment step away from your pre-existing feelings and bias and look at this objectively. Everyone likes something that's even a lil problematic, so if we went on these campaigns every time, literally no one will be left in fandom. I don't agree with p*dophilia but I don't agree with this either...AGAIN THIS IS NOT MEANT TO CONDONE ANY OF THIS BEHAVIOUR! But to paint someone as a bad person for things they do in fiction in their safe space no matter how problematic, is somewhat disconcerting.

I again wanna say that this is not any hate against you or anyone else. I don't want to cause any discourse myself . I think you are an amazing writer and a valuable member in our fandom. Which is why it's important to me to hear your stance on this. But if you'd rather not answer this at all that's fine too! :>

I appreciate your perspective and I sometimes enjoy certain dark content as long as they warn others but pedophilia— fictional or not— should never be written/glorified/accepted. If it’s written as a horrible incident or traumatic backstory (like Lolita) then I understand why it’s written but glorifying or romanticizing it in any way is unacceptable.

If no one is left in the fandom after going on these “witch hunts” then the fandom is toxic, preditory, and unsafe.

As for the huge leap between fiction and reality, everything starts as a thought or fantasy. The more you think about it the more likely you are to commit or watch such an act.

Tumblr should under no circumstances be a safe place for pedophiles.

Al Hasnawi was the perfect exchange student. At least, he was supposed to be. A middle-class business major from the human world, not involved in magic whatsoever, with no knowledge of the other realms. He was sensible, so he would know his limits and not go getting himself into trouble, and he was studious, well-spoken, and confident, which would be good for both his and the school's reputation. But, unfortunately for everyone, trouble follows him straight into the Devildom. Threats of a rebellion loom around every corner, and it seems as if Al isn't so innocent in magical affairs as his papers claim him to be. (Alternatively, a man who lies about his feelings to himself meets a demon who lies about his feelings to others, two beings who thought themselves enemies at first meet, soon discover they have much more in common than they thought.)

Prompt: Mammon's murder of crows loving MC more than they love Mammon.

So we all know that Mammon has a murder of familiars. They're all crows and they're a lot like himself, basically mini Mammons. They are always making a raucous, they like taking shiny things, and are always following those they're like.

They really like Mammon and he is the only person they'll listen to. There is constantly a handful of crows following behind him. That was until you came to Devildom. They all flock to you and will take your word over Mammon's. Some familiars they are...

The crows love your attention! So much so that they bicker in jealousy just for said attention. Mammon starts shooing them away whenever they pile on you. Be it out of jealousy of his own or from embarrassment that his familiars are relieving his true feelings towards you.

The crows nestle and preen your hair. Your hair is their nest now. You cannot stop them. They'll braid their feathers into their new "nest" as well.

They are constantly giving you gifts. From their shiniest of feathers to just really random trinkets they find. If you try and keep all these gifts from them, they'll only start giving you more. Now you have 3 shoe boxes full of crap, but it's their crap and it's the thought that matters.

Mammon gets jealous too and starts getting you more gifts. They give you a ran over penny and Mammon will buy you a new pair of shoes you wanted. At least you have another shoe box for the birds.

It's actually humorous watching Mammon compete with his own birds for your love. You have to sometimes remind him that they're his birds and you aren't gonna love a murder more than you love him. Just don't let the crows hear you say that.

The murder havs sanctuary in the shed that's in the back garden. Mammon gives them seeds every morning and night. Sometimes Mammon asks if you would like to help feed them. Oh, how the crows love when you do. They get to see you!

The crows live a very free life compared to other familiars. That's mainly because their owner is a chill demon who dislikes responsibilities and wants a free life like them.

Despite this pettiness of his birds possibly getting more attention then him, Mammon is actually thankful that the crows like you. His crows can be picky with who they like. (They once chased Belphegor down the hall). That's all I have to say. His murder loves you.

The CUTEST Chat Between Lucifer & Mammon

The way Lucifer pleads with Mammon like a child to answer him while genuinely apologizing. Then the fact it’s because he revealed Mammon once called him DAD! my heart can't take this

lucifer never begs. the fact that he's so lost in his rage, his confusion, his grief, this is why satan was born the way he is. lucifer losing control of himself to the point that he puts aside his dignity, his pride, using his power to this extent is something i thought i'd never get to see. and the fact that it's all for his brothers makes it that much more painful

he was fine being bound by chains when it was just him, when everyone else was safe, when he was punished for his actions and endangering and ruining the lives of the ones he loved. as long as his family is safe, he doesn't care what happens to himself. then he saw simeon, luke, mc, mammon, and couldn't reign in his emotions. he couldn't stand the thought of the people he cared about the most suffering because of what he'd done, because of his arrogance and insistence and prideful nature, so much so that his anger at himself, at his father, overrided any sense of pride he had left

he's scared, not for himself, but for his family. he uses his anger to mask his fear, but now the two are blended together so intricately that he can't differentiate the two and is losing himself, hurting the people he wants to protect

another instance of him putting aside his pride. lucifer had been just as insecure about his position at diavolo's side as mephisto had. diavolo saw him at his worst, at his weakest, and devoted himself to diavolo for the sake of his family. he put aside his pride, took on the mantle of what he perceived to be a trophy for the person that saved his life, his brothers' lives, and his sister's life

but the thoughts lingering in the back of his mind blinded him of the fact that diavolo didn't only take pity on him, but he understood and empathize with him, he cares about lucifer more than their fathers ever cared about either of them

diavolo AND lucifer at full power ??? i'd be surprised if the entire underworld didn't collapse in on itself. and if that happens, another war is gonna break out, but this time, it'll be between the celestial realm and the devildom bc they're destroying celestial realm property

if an all out war did happen, i wonder if simeon, raphael, and maybe even luke would all take the devildom's side. they've seen firsthand the evil the celestial realm is capable of, and they probably wouldnt want to be a part of it

the only reason he lost control of himself was because he thought he had nothing left to fight for, nothing left to lose, and he didn't care if he died in the process since he didn't have anything or anyone left to live for. but seeing his brothers brought him back to his senses. he lives for them, because of them, and would do anything to keep them from danger, even if the danger is him himself

my guesses are as good as theirs, honestly. i don't think michael would do something this terrible to his most beloved brother, even after lucifer's betrayal of the realm and refusal. he sent luke and simeon down to check on lucifer for fuck's sake, and he went down himself disguised as raphael to make sure lucifer was ok. to see is he really was happy

maybe it was their father? but the whole forgiveness thing throws that out of the window for me. and it couldn't have been the demon king himself since he's in a deep sleep, and there's no way diavolo wouldn't at least feel if his father had woken up. maybe it was someone from the house of lords? mephisto's parents or grandparents?

it's tricky to pinpoint who the celestial realm would agree, though...

i feel like they woke up in age order, minus lucifer obviously. mammon woke up first and watched over all of them, making sure they were okay, and he probaboy came up with the idea to go to lucifer's room when everyone was awake and well. levi woke up second and was trying to distract himself with his games or his manga or something, but couldn't bring himself to leave until he knew all of them were safe

so on and so forth, but i can't figure out if i wanna believe satan or belphie woke up last. technically, satan's the youngest, but belphie's the weakest. satan was also the first to fall victim to cocytus and was stuck in its depths for the longest, but belphie arguably went through the most emotional distress because of what happened to beel. maybe they woke up at the same time?

Mammon, the newest carrier of Father's throne, whose body is littered in thousands of all-seeing eyes. His body turns in on itself, over and over and over and over, though the rotation is as mundane as breathing. Like his big bro, he is alive with divine fire; The Avatar of Charity shines his light upon all those who seek shelter from the darkness.

Do I write the big stuff first and go back and write the tension, or the tension before the big stuff, or just write it in chronological order so I can give myself the suspense, too?
