Whenever I feel bad I want to go outside and catch various little critters.

Holding a freshly caught anole in your palms and watching it scramble up the wall and carry on with its life... Cupping your hands around a moth to feel the frantic beating of wings from a being with a bigger spirit than body and lifting it into the air in your palms to free it... Nothing beats that. NOTHING!!!
