Is it possible to be both a housewife and a feminist?

I don’t think so. Being a housewife means a man in control of the money and you being at his mercy, him being the one that advances his career, getting promotions and benefits. The moment he decides to replace you with a younger model, well, there you go. Have fun getting thrown out the house and finding a job after 10+ years of not working outside the home. What if he turns out to be abusive? You can keep your own bank account, but then what?

You’re at his mercy.

I never met a radical feminist that wanted to be a housewife or spoke positively about it. I have however seen insane amounts of libfems talking about wanting to become one because it’s soooo empowering and shit. Being a housewife is an anti-feminist choice. Nothing wrong with that, just don’t call it feminist, since it isn’t and never will be.

When your feminism and choices make men happy, look closely as to why. Liberal “feminism” benefits men in every way imaginable, it’s pro porn, pro sex work, pro kink, pro marriage. Wanting women to stay home keeping them from earning their own money also is loved by liberal “feminism”, which is why it isn’t actual feminism. Not to mention that the idea to stay home and not work outside of the house is pushed onto women at an extremely early age, and basically expected, so it can’t even be seen as a real choice when there is this much propaganda for it.

Feminism isn't supposed to be "fun" or about "choices".

It's supposed to be a political movement that critiques how much misogyny is ingrained in society as just something normal, inconvenient at best: it's supposed to question things like porn, makeup, the beauty industry, surrogacy, prostitution, hook-up culture and so on.

What are your thoughts on adoption?

Adoption can be a wonderful thing, but it is also full of trauma. It’s always traumatic for a child when she or he is born unwanted and thrown into the adoption system. Or when they live in a home where their parents were never meant to be parents and they got abused or not cared for well and then taken.

No matter how well a adopted child has it, there is always some form of trauma and questions that linger in their head, like if they were conceived by r*pe or not, how their biological mom is doing, why they were given up in the first place, etc. That’s just what happens when you are ripped away from your biological family. Adopted children regularly have behavioral problems caused by the trauma of adoption. In my opinion, adopted children should always stay in contact with their biological mother (not in cases where their mother abused them.)

If you're against surrogacy you must be one miserable hell of a human. What's wrong with porn and surrogacy?

I explained both of these things very clearly in multiple posts, hell, I talked about why surrogacy is bad less than a week ago and when you sent this question it was the first post visible on this account.

I’m against women being used as breeding machines by rich gay & infertile straight couples. Surrogacy is exploitative no matter what, even when a sister asks if you could carry for her. Every child needs their mommy (insane how dog moms are allowed to stay with their pups for 8/9 weeks but human babies are taken away & sold immediately), surrogacy being available makes all men look at women differently (a walking available womb), and no mother should be forced to give her child away because of a contract stating she’s forced to or because she is poor.

Porn is bad because it is extremely violent to women, dehumanizes us and makes all men look at women differently. Porn is making men extremely violent, women are now being grabbed by the throat out of nowhere and strangled because porn makes it seem as if strangulation can be done safely (it can’t), also, men are murdering women and getting away with it because of the “sex game gone wrong” defense. Porn is so damaging that porn actresses have a life expectancy of 36. Prostitutes and ex porn actresses are dehumanized and murdered by men more often than soldiers. You think that is normal? Okay even?

If you call me a “miserable hell of a human” for being against the exploitation, paid rape and torture of all women and their bodies, i’d rather continue to be “miserable” than whatever the hell you are. ✌🏻
