How are anons just able to ask you if you're okay with drawing something, that's so bold. I always think about it when I see others doing it, but like. I never know how many asks someone is getting, or how the request lined up with the artists interest/what time it was sent, some secret third thing I'm unaware of so I can never bring myself to unless "accepting requests" is written somewhere, lol. It's okay, one day I will find someone willing to draw Dad Lance for Leaf, we'll see it for Red, Green, even Lillie but rip, my girl. god forbid girls get to be traumatized or stupid kids in need of a good adult figure in their lives instead of a perfect little bubbly princess or shallow girl boss. I am alone on my island…Anyhow. Sorry, I hardly find blogs to talk to, not active in the pkmn side at all much less tumblr itself. I am Definitely Seeing your art and this wasn't just a needless babble, it's so great to see love for the Champions they are SO silly and cute and the art is so sweet just the them together and I love the stupid little hair fringe you gave Lance (affectionate) and moooood Cynthia, taking the heels off bc feet go owchie. I felt that. Gosh, you really captured that silly formal event chilling with friends when all of you want to get away to your own little corner, the anon was RIGHT. You have some serious talent for capturing characterization in such subtle but striking ways, they feel so alive. I'm loveeeee.

I hate to ask this of you if you’re not taking request since I know you’ve been getting a lot of asks lately, but I really love the bits of characterization you give everyone in your art and am just. Eating up every last crumb in your doodles…so would it be too much to ask if you would draw the OG champions (Cynthia, Lance, Steven, Wallace, & Diantha if you feel like it) interacting or doing something together? I don’t ask for more than that, it can be whatever you want and range from a silly/casual activity to something more formal. I just really love them together and you’ve fed the champion fandom so well lately, thank you for that 🥺🙏🏻❤️

I looove them so much the e4 is very fun. Sadly they dont get the found family treatment from me i think theyre constantly getting on eachothers nerves and wallace has to deal w it

I always hced that Koga and Bruno were Lances boys ™ back in the Kanto league, and probably mentored him a little too since I think he’s a bit younger then them.

So of course when Lance left for the johto league he had to invite the boys, from there laid back and strong Karen was instantly absorbed into the friend group, and poor Will is trying his best.

Ohh thats such a good hc.. i always saw lance as younger too bc i thought it would be. Funny <3 I never considered how Lance and Bruno interacted w Koga before the johto e4. Definitely think he wouldve mentored them a bit

Also veryyy nitpicky but the kanto/johto e4 are actually the same league! The indigo league is set at the indigo plateau in kanto. so it wouldve been more like. Lance and bruno get a promotion and koga gets invited to join

It's about the stupid Johto FOUND FAMILY you GET IT. Stupid Dad Lance and his co-workers who are totally his friends and he will go all Silly Dragon Cape Man to defend them and they will tease him relentlessly for being a workaholic and getting grey hairs from all the wayward kids he keeps picking up but show their care in their own way. And sometimes by not posting pics of Lance feuding with the League Fax Machine onto the Chatot App but it is everywhere in the GC. They are all friends to me, YOU GET IT. Even the Gym Leaders they are so silly, Johto the land of bonding with people and pokemon in a place of folklore and forestry REAL. You draw sm Will and Karen I love them sm you're doing SO GOOD with the art and the silly Dad Lance and Silver crumbs too also your Clair art is GORGEOUS I literally gasped, its such a good use of the space on the art square, the colors and composition are gorgeous uwahhhh. it is so cool and complete and comprehensive and brain go brrrr with the happy chemical n FIREWORKS.
