Part 4.5: The attack

This guy was getting on my nerves but I have to keep my cool because he was obviously trying to make me lose my temper to say something I wouldn't just say. "What are you trying to get here? You're not getting anything from me. I'm not going to tell anything to a stranger. Especially if I know he's a villain."             "Oh dear, did I forget to introduce myself? How rude of me. My name is  Sugē. How about we make a deal? In fact, I'll give you a choice." Sugē crossed his arms as he spoke. "I'm listening…" I know that it probably isn't the best idea to just sit here having a chit-chat with a villain, but you always should hear a deal before declining or accepting. Just in case you make the wrong decision.              "Good, now either you tell me where All Might is and no one gets hurt, or we fight for the information and a few innocent people die for your decision."  He has a dark look on his face. We sat there for a good one and a half minutes. "Well? What is your decision? It's not like I care though. I'll get information either way." I deactivated my quirk and walked up to him.  "We know as much as you do right now with All Might. He was supposed to come to this convention and help stop the attack. Kids were disappointed when they didn't get to see the #1 hero. So I wish I could help you but I just can't." I'm not lying when I said I don't know where he is. He was supposed to help with fending off the villains when they attacked. He never showed up, which not only led to needing more assistance with the fight, but a lot of disappointed children who were looking forward to seeing the old man.             "I really doubt that. I mean I'm not complaining about your choice, I always love a decent fight. If you don't want innocent people hurt, then Just tell me where he is." Sugē Threatened me with simple threats. Maybe I could lure him to the back to get him cornered.  sent a message to everyone to go to the backroom.              I heard my phone go off but I didn't have time to check it. "Ok fine, I will cooperate. He is in the back trying to make a surprise attack on you guys. Just whatever you do, please do not hurt innocent people."             Sugē cackled and said, "You heros, not hesitant to give up your friends to help people you don't know. Thanks Eraser, I will spare you this time." He ran off running towards the back. My plan is working exactly like I hoped. This villain is so naive. I hope everyone is there before he gets there.

Part 4: The attack

Aizawa's POV           The last time I checked the time was 4:27. The Villains should be attacking around now. I checked my watch and saw there was one minute until 4:30. We had gotten everyone we could find in the building out of the place. I still felt like someone was in there. Everyone was in their positions until I ran off to make sure everyone was out.            I heard a loud explosion as I was running. I felt the urge to keep running and so I did. There was fighting going on behind me. The formation we had should have made it so they would be taken out instantly, but because I ran off and that started everyone, now they actually had to fight.           I rounded a corner only to see a guy looking at me with an evil look in his eyes. He had dark orange hair and deep yellow eyes. In a public place, he would look like a normal civilian, but alone he looks like he is ready to kill.            "Oh, look at that, Wakuko was right. There is a nice surprise here for me." the orange hair guy said. He knew who I was. So obviously did his research before attacking. What was he talking about when he said 'surprise?' I knew he meant me, and I can give him a nice surprise. But I should wait till I know what's going on.            I activate my quirk on him. He just strolled towards me and said "I know about your neat little quirk Earaserhead. Unfortunately, it's not going to do much here." He walked around me and then walked back to where he started. "I, fortunately, don't have to use my quirk very much with the heroes. It just wouldn't be useful to waste your quirk on the test, right? Why not use it on the real deal instead."

Sorry about the short chapter. I wasn't letting me put both parts together, so I ended up have to do it separately.

Part 3: The convention

Izuku’s POV

I woke up when I noticed Kacchan was cuddled up against me. I got flustered but it was comfy so I just cuddled up against him. I don't know If he was awake or not he just put his arm around me. I was about to fall back asleep when Auntie walked in. She saw us and took a picture. Auntie walked over to us and woke us up. I pretended as if I had just woken up. I asked Auntie if we are going to the park today with my super happy grin. Auntie said that Mom didn’t want me to go to the park till I was fully healed. I was sad but I put my happy grin back on when Auntie said we are going to go visit some heroes though. Kacchan is going to be so happy! We both love All-Might. I didn’t like just All Might though, I liked all the heroes! One of my favorites is the undercover hero Eraserhead! Although, no hero could pass my favorite hero All Might! It was supposed to be a surprise but I knew she could only mean one place. The convention at ‘HERO HALL’

“Come on Kacchan! I want to see if All Might is here!” I said once we got to ‘HERO HALL’ I grabbed Kacchan’s hand and dragged him away from Auntie. Auntie just laughed and walked towards ‘All Mighty Cafe.’ There are just so many heroes here! Like ‘The R-Rated Hero: Mrs.Midnight’ and the pro hero ‘Wing hero: Hawks.” they were everywhere! I've been wanting to attend one of these conventions for so long! Even sidekicks are here! All sorts of people were here so young kids can see if they want to be something related to heroes. They had people from support companies so they can have more people join them. They also had people from the business part of the hero courses. Each person would show off some items or projects they have been working on. As for the heroes, they got to stand around signing things for people. 

My eyes lit up when I saw Eraserhead. I couldn’t find All might but he was probably busy saving the world. “Kacchan! Look! It's Eraserhead!” I started to mutter, “Why is he here though? I thought he hated making public appearances. Something must be wrong.” I continued to mutter when I heard someone talking to me.

“Hey boy, are you ok you’re muttering a lot.” I looked up and it was the number 58 hero the ‘BMI Hero: Fat gum.’ I looked around and saw kacchan right by me looking as cool as usual. “Kid? You there?” I looked at him until I comprehended what was happening.

“Oh, ya I’m ok!” I put my big grin back on my face, “ You’re the BMI hero: Fatgum! You look just as nice in person! Kacchan, can we get a selfie with him?”

Kacchan just giggled at that and iI frowned. He noticed and stopped and just had his stupid smirk on his face, “Izu, Remember that Mom isn’t with us. So we can’t get a photo with him.” Oh ya, we ran off from Auntie. Fatgum had a concerned look on his face.

“Where are your parent's Kids? Do you need help finding them? I can help you. Where did you last see-”

I giggled and said, “Don’t worry! Auntie is at the cafe. We just wanted to go look at heroes! In fact, Kacchan here,” I looked at Kacchan and smiled, “He wants to become the Number 1 hero! He is already the strongest person I know!” Fatgum loosened up a little. 

“What about you Little boy, what do want to be, oh, and what’s your name?” Fatgum asked. My smile wasn’t as genuine anymore. 

Kacchan looked mad for some reason when Fatgum said, “He is going to be a hero with me, And his name is Izuku.” Kacchan said with a bitter tone. He knew I couldn’t be a hero without a quirk. Why was he saying this?

“Kacchan, you know I can’t be a hero without a quirk. I can’t be strong enough.” I say in a sweet reassuring way. I smile sweetly at him. Saying this only made him angrier. 

“Who told you that?! You’re just as strong as me without one! You Don’t Need a quirk, If Anyone says otherwise, they can shut up!” I could tell that Kacchan was genuinely worried about me. 

“I like your passion boy! Keep trying! And even if you don’t become a hero, you can become a support course student or train to become a school nurse for a hero school! You know that they always need more of those. Why don’t I walk around with you guys? So you guys don’t go somewhere you’re not supposed to.” He said this with a knowing look that was clearly towards me.

“Sure! It would be great for a hero to Walk with us! Maybe we will get onto the news. ‘Fatgum walks at Hero Convention with two young kids!’ Ya, that would be so cool!” I giggled as Fatgum started laughing at my comment.

Masuki’s (Bakugo’s Mom) POV

Brrr brrr Brrrr I was having a drink at the Cafe when my phone started ringing. Brrrrr brrr brrrr I picked up my phone and saw it was Inko, “Hey Inko, Is there something you need?”

“No nothing really, I was just letting you know that I can come now. Is it fine if I drive there ?” Inko sounded a little sad. You could tell that she missed Tenko and Hisashi.

“Of course, you can. Izuku will be happy to see you. Right now he is running around looking at heroes with Kasuki.” I smiled slightly. I know seeing Izuku and Kasuki together will cheer her up. “I’ll see you soon.” we exchanged our goodbyes. I put down my phone and took a drink of my coffee. It was not too hot anymore so I could drink it now. It tasted like it was a sweet vanilla Latte with a pinch of Pumpkin spice. It was the All Might Special but it is super easy to tell the actual flavor. It was actually, really good. 

I wrote down the flavors so I can make it at home. When I was done writing I heard an employee, Yell, “Come take this physiological test! Figure out what part of your brain you use the most!” these people just yell nonsense. Anyone who takes these tests is just an idiot.

Inko’s POV 

I just arrived at HERO HALL, there is noise everywhere. Children asking for autographs, support companies Yelling at each other, and people ordering from the cafe, It was way too loud here. I don’t get how people could stay in here for so long. Masuki told me to meet her in the cafe. 

I walked in and immediately saw blonde spikey hair. You could recognize Masuki’s authentic hair anywhere. It’s not like the flat or curly hair like most blondes have. She had short and spikey hair, which was related to her quirk.

I walked over to Masuki. We started chatting about our kids, “Hey, look at this photo I took of Kasuki and Izuku!” Masuki showed me an adorable photo of them cuddling while sleeping. “The only time I’ve seen Kasuki not angry is with Izuku. Why can’t he be like that toward me? I’m his mother, for god's sake!” Masuki started pouting and going off about how Katuki likes Izuku better

“Well, we both know that they love each other. Even though they don’t know what that is.” we both start laughing. “Oh! Right, I bought a present for Kasuki. Izuku asked for me to buy him one as a present and I bought them matching ones.” I pulled out two All Might figurines that said ‘I am here’ on the shirts.

“Oh my, Kasuki will love this,” Masuki said still laughing, “Especially because he will have one to match izuku’s!” we got up to look around. I put the figurines in my bag.

Fatgum’s POV

I looked at the time and it was nearing 4:30. I need to get these kids to the back. I don’t want these kids getting hurt when the villain's attack. I am pretty sure the other heroes should be evacuating the place soon. I need to get these kids to a safe place as soon as possible. 

Izuku’s POV

We were looking at Support items when fatgum told us we needed to go to a place they haven’t seen yet. This confused me because there are many places we haven’t seen and it sounded like he was talking about a specific place. We just went with it and strolled to a place near the back. The only thing that was there was a door. Why are we away from the convention? We aren’t supposed to be here.

We walked through the door, into a room. The room was mostly empty but had a bed with a couple of blankets and pillows on it. It looks like they were kind of just thrown on there. I looked around the room some more to see a TV with a remote next to it. There wasn’t much to do in this room but that wasn’t the point. Why were they here? I looked at the time and it was 4:29. As if fatgum heard his thoughts he said, “You boys must be wondering why you are here and don’t be scared. It is for a good reason. I don’t want you guys leaving this room no matter what anyone says, ok?”

“Ok, but why? I wanted to look around some more and see-” KABOOM! I got cut off by a loud explosion. I clung onto Kacchan as if my life was on the line. 

“Just stay here ok?” Fatgum said calmly. We agreed and went to the bed to lie down. I heard the door close. I could only assume that fatgum left to go deal with that. I almost fell asleep as soon as he left.

Part 2: The promise

Katsuki's POV

I was pushing Izuku when I noticed that he started to doze off. He could hurt himself if he doses off! I tried to yell his name to get his attention when I noticed that Izu let go of the chains. I got scared and stopped pushing so he wouldn't fall. But that was when I realized how high he was going. I was about to get Auntie when I saw Izu starting to fall. He was falling off the swing! I called his name over and over. He finally snapped back into reality. He looked down to see that he was falling. He screamed right before he hit the ground. Then he just stopped... he wanted to move. I ran over to him crying saying his name trying to get him to wake up. Mom and Auntie heard my crying and came over. They saw what happened and were trying to help. I was holding Izu when I heard him say the nickname he uses for me.

That nickname is the name Izu calls me. Since he is special to me I only let him call me that. You may be asking "Why is he special to you?" Well, we have been friends since the diaper days. Over time, I gradually started to develop feelings for him. Like romantically. And I hated seeing Izuku hurt. I started getting overprotective of him. If someone even said one bad thing about him, I would end up punching them. So because I was overprotective of Izu, I started to get in trouble a lot. Not just at school, but with my parents too.

Hearing him say that made me cry even more. But then he wasn't talking anymore. I got scared and asked Mom if he was okay. She couldn't tell so she called 911 so they could check. I just sat there holding Izu tightly. I wish I could help you, Izu. But all I can do is sit here crying while holding you. I'm sorry, I shouldn't have pushed you that high. If I didn't push you so high, you wouldn't have fallen. I can't lose you Izuku. Auntie can't either. You mean the world to me. And you are all that Auntie has. Because Uncle took Tenko and left. We need you Izu. I need you! Please don't leave me. Don't leave me... I can't live without you.

Inko's POV

I was talking to Masaru and Mitsuki when we all heard Izuku scream and Katsuki scream his name. We all ran over to see Izuku who looked knocked out laying in Katsuki's arms. He was crying trying to get him to wake up. Mitsuki and I were trying to help Katsuki wake him up but he just wouldn't. I had Mitsuki call the police so they could check on him. I can't lose him. He is the last person I have. Please don't leave me Izuku. Just stay with us, please. Please, Izuku, all of us need you. You can't leave us. Only if I could have been there. I could have caught him. I could have caught him before he hit the ground. I'm sorry Izuku. I'll protect you next time.

When they got to the hospital

Izuku's POV

I woke up with my head pounding. Everything was blurry but I saw one blurry figure-looking thing. The colors reminded me of Kacchan. I also heard beeps. I couldn't tell where it was coming from. But then I saw a figure (I'm guessing it was a doctor because of the colors and the way the figure was moving) walking towards me. "Hey, Buddy, it looks like you're awake."

I just groaned and sat up. As I sat up, I saw the first figure come running towards me. "Deku!" Kacchan yelled, "You scared me! You scared all of us! Even though it was my fault, never scare me like that again." I felt bad about scaring Kacchan. Maybe I could make it up to him! Maybe, just maybe, I can convince mum to get us both a new All Might figurine! "Izuku!! Are you okay? Can you hear me?"

"S-sorry, Kacchan. I didn't m-mean to s-scare you. I-I'm alright now, see! Let's go a-and play Hero's!" I got a little too excited and jumped up. It hurt my head a little but I just wanted to play with Kacchan.

"I'm sorry Izuku but you have to rest a little bit longer. Your injuries aren't fully healed." Mum walked into the room with Auntie. My eyes started to water because I didnt want to rest, I wanted to play with Kacchan. I asked Mum if I could ask her something in private. While it was just me and Mum I asked if she could buy me and Kacchan a new all might figurin. I told her this was a present for him because I scared I'm. She told me that she will tomorrow if I get some rest. I put on my happy grin and ran into the bed I closed my eyes and fell asleep. I can't wait to see the look on Kacchan's face when I give him the All Might figurine.

Katsuki's POV

I was waiting on Zuzu's hospital bed while I heard him groan. The doctor told him rise-and-shine but he only groaned again to this. I was excited to see that he was finally awake so I ran over to him "Deku!" I yelled out of joy, "You scared me! You scared all of us! Even though it was my fault, never scare me like that again." after I said that he had a sorrowful look on his face. I didn't mean to make him feel bad! I just was telling him how I felt. But now he felt bad. Well, I'll ask him if he wants to play Hero with me. "I'm sorry Zuzu, I didn't mean for you to feel bad about scaring me. Do you want to play Hero's with me?"

Zuzu didn't answer me so I kept yelling things to get his attention. He looked up at me, "S-sorry, Kacchan. I didn't m-mean to s-scare you. I-I'm alright now, see! Let's go a-and play Hero's!" Zuzu jumped up into an All might pose. I could tell it hurt a little bit because of the way he flinched.

Auntie walked into the room with Mom, "I'm sorry Izuku but you have to rest a little bit longer. Your injuries aren't fully healed." that made me and Zuzu frown. But then I realized if I want my Zuzu to feel better then I need to let him rest. He asked Auntie if he could talk to her privately.

After Zuzu was done talking to Auntie, He walked into the bed with one of his "I am super happy" grins. Once I knew for sure that he had fallen asleep, I cuddled up against him and fell into a deep sleep.

I love my Zuzu, and I always will. Even if you don't return the same feelings. I will protect you no matter what it takes. I will risk anything to know that you will always be okay. I promise Izuku.

Part 1: Brotherhood

HI, my name is Izuku midoriya. Here is my story about my life.

Ever since we were 7, I had a crush on my bully. Now it may sound odd. Like why would you have a crush on your bully? Well when we were little, before we got our quirks, Kaccan and I were best friends. But my mum and I went to go check if I had a quirk, everything changed. Not only our friendship but my whole life. I found out the worst thing a four-year-old could ever find out. Especially when they have a dream of becoming a hero. This news my mum and I got, could break any kid's heart. But it broke mine the most.

Nobody's POV

June 16, 2108

"B-but, m-m-mum. W-what a-about b-b-becoming a h-hero?" Izuku said

"I'm sorry Izuku honey!" Inko cries.

Tenko walks in. "mum? Is brother all right?"

"Izuku is okay, he just found out that he is quirkless."

"Wow! Izuku! That's so cool! You can easily stand out! You're so special!"

"B-but, I-I, w-what a-about b-b-becoming a h-hero, T-Tenko?" Izuku cries

'Well Izuku," Tenko walks towards Izuku and his mum, "you are strong and can become a hero without a quirk!"

"But I-I am n-not s-strong enough to become a h-hero w-without a quirk" Izuku starts to calm down a little bit, "you need to have a quirk to become a h-hero. A-and without a q-quirk, people are gonna b-bully me."

"If anyone tries to bully you," he starts to tickle Izuku' "I'll tickle them!"

"H-hey! Pfffftttt, Hahahaha! S-stop t-that!" Izuku starts to laugh and Inko walks out of the room smiling. She takes a picture of Tenko tickling Izuku to show Hisashi.

June 18, 2108

Hisashi and Inko are fighting. Tenko is trying to get Izuku to calm down. "IF YOU WANT TO HURT MY KIDS, THEN YOU CAN LEAVE THIS HOUSE!" Inko yells at Hisashi. "FINE! I'LL LEAVE THIS HOUSE BUT I'M TAKING IZUKU WITH ME!"Hisashi screamed at Inko. Inko starts crying "I'M NOT LETTING YOU TAKE MY BABY BOY! NOT AFTER WHAT HE HAS BEEN THROUGH THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS!" Inko cries out trying to protect her son. Hisashi yells at Inko how instead of taking Izuku he will take Tenko. He starts walking over to Tenko's room where Tenko is calming down Izuku. Inko starts to yell at him telling him not to touch either of her children. Hisashi got annoyed and punched Inko in the stomach very hard to the point she fell to the ground spitting out blood. He drags Tenko away from Izuku and out of the door.

Izuku's POV

I saw Mum sitting on the floor coughing up blood. I ran up to her, "MUM! Are you o-okay? I-is brother going t-to be alright?" I cry. I try to help my mum up but fail miserably. That is probably because I am 4 years old. "Don't worry Izuku I am okay. I don't know about your brother. We will find him eventually and get him away from your father. Now just go play in your room Sweetheart."

B-but mum, I need to help y-you!" Izuku whined. "I don't need help Izu. Do you want me to call Mitsuki to see if you can play with Katsuki?" I got so happy and yelled yes. But I told her after I help her. Mum knows that I won't give up so she let me help her to the bathroom. Once we were done cleaning her up she called Auntie and she came and picked me up. I started crying and Kaccan asked what was wrong. I explained everything and my eyes were burning because of how much I've been crying today. I also had a headache and I was so tired. I guess Kaccan could tell so he told me to come here and he cuddled up with me and we both fell asleep.

When they got to Katsuki's house

Katsukis' POV

Poor Izu. How is he supposed to become a hero with me? I don't want him to get hurt. Maybe I can convince him that he can't be a hero. But for now, I'm going to support him. Because he might be able to become strong enough to become a hero without a quirk. And I need to support him more because his father and brother are gone now.

"Kacchan?" My Izu said tiredly, "are we at your house yet?

"Ya, we are now let's go!" I ran up to him and grabbed his wrist and dragged him to my room. We played with our almighty figurines and played for a little while. After a while of playing, mom took us to the park to play.

"Kacchan! Wait up! You're too fast!" Izu said as he was panting at me trying to catch up. I told him to just catch up and he whined. I laughed then slowed down. He got mad at me and punched me lightly. I just giggled then lightly punched him back. "Kacchans meaning!" Izu said with his cute mad face. I just smiled and then walked to the swings. "Do you want me to push you on the swing, My lady?" I said jokingly. He knew I said that because I knew it bothered him when I acted like that to him. Though sometimes he goes along with it then we end up laughing.

"Oh, how kind of you sir! Why yes I would like that." He said in a fake British accent. He gently got on the swing. I started to push him lightly. He pumped his legs along with the way I was pushing. He yelled at me to go faster. I said no until he was basically begging me. I decided to listen to him so I pushed harder. He was going really high now. He accidentally kicked me and I fell. He got concerned and worriedly asked if I was ok. I just giggled and said I'm fine. I got back up and pushed him.

Izuku's POV

Kacchan was pushing me when I accidentally Kicked him while I was swinging. OMG is Kacchan okay? "Kacchan!? Are you okay! I didn't mean to kick you, Kacchan!" he told me that he was fine and even giggled while getting up, but I don't really believe him. He cant be alright after I just kicked him like that! I just said ok and acted as if I believed him. At this point, I was kinda getting scared. This is because I was going really high on the swing now. I go almost horizontal. If I do one wrong move on the swing, I could fall off and hurt myself. Meh. I know Kacchan would let that happen. Right...? He would save me... Get these thoughts out of your head Izuku. You're trying to have fun. I snapped back to reality by hearing Kacchan screaming my name. What? Why is he screaming my name? I realized I wasn't holding the ropes anymore. Why was time going so slowly? I looked down and then I realized. I was falling. Falling from a high swing. Right to the ground. That is when my life flashed by my eyes. The fact that I have no quirk. My father tried to take me. But instead, it was my brother. Why couldn't he take me instead? And that was when my entire body backed out. I couldn't see anything. I couldn't feel anything. All I could hear were the faint cries of Kacchan. Wait! Kitchen! I tried yelling out his name. But it only came out as a whisper. But even the faint sounds of sirens and Kacchans cries, And my mother's screams, faded. I could hear nothing and feel nothing. All I could see was black.
