I can tell you what the problem is: the VA is an inherently flawed organization. While there are some great people working there, there’s no way to get rid of the people who essentially show up and collect a paycheck. It doesn’t matter who the President picks to oversee the VA, that person will never cut through the bureaucratic red tape to make the VA more efficient for every Veteran. Every Veteran has different needs from the VA, but we get lumped into one convenient box by the VA. You’d think that after all the shit Vietnam Veterans went through, the VA would’ve learned some eye opening lessons. Clearly they haven’t.

We need to do better for our Veterans How many are Homeless? Have you seen the Veteran Suicide rate? More then 22 a day!
