Polyamory in SWTOR?

Performing a high-risk experiment in my current SWTOR playthrough. Romanced Koth in KOTFE/ET because I've never done it before, and I love him, and I wanted to see his Date Night (which is really great). But then got to the end of ET and though about how *little* content Koth gets after that point. He *may* get more in coming updates, since they got Ike Amadi in the booth for Date Night. But it's still so little. Meanwhile you know who's gotten a lot of screentime lately and I've also never romanced? Arcann. And I actually really like the paralels between my Jedi Knight's arc and Arcann's. But am I really gonna dump Koth for him? That doesn't seem great. Then I had a thought. You... don't have to actually do the "Things Left Unsaid" quest that leads to a character breaking up with you if you get with someone else. What if I just... date Arcann *and* Koth. And I was very unsure if this would work. I don't know how the flags work in SWTOR - would Arcann's romance flag override Koth's anyway even if I didn't do the mission? But I was curious, and it seemed like a decent risk. So I started Arcann's romance, and untracked Things Left Unsaid, and went forward waiting to see what happened. And so far, just before starting Jedi Under Seige... it seems like it's working. I received Koth's post-Umbara romance letter, *and* saw Arcann's romance scene pre-Nathema. And Arcann's Date Night is available as well. We'll have to see if I get Koth's romance scene in Hearts and Minds but I'm feeling confident. Very happy to get my extremely unintended form of polyamory. If anyone at Broadsword sees this, please don't fix this. Or make the fix just *enabling* dating everyone for real.

Twi’lek RPer Resources

Hey nerds, are you looking for some Twi’lek resources to liven up your Star Wars RP? Ha ha, how nerdy…. I definitely don’t have an entire list of resources of this type or anything:

Project Twi’lex Dictionary: This is a big google document that seems to have combined most of the canon and most popular non-canon words and names into one big bundle. Switch it to “viewing” mode when you look at it or else it’s a jumble of editing where randos put changes in that may or may or may not make sense. 

Twi’lek Lore by and for roleplayers: Lots about colors, caste and religious systems, and some phrases instead of just words. They also have their own list of sources linked.

Wookieepedia list of words and name components in Ryl (a language also sometimes called Twi’leki)

More Wookieepedia: The Legends pages for Twi’leks and Ryloth are obviously very useful.

Normal books:

The Lords of the Sith novel is set on Ryloth, which makes it an interesting look into Twi’lek culture, homeworld, Ryloth’s evil wildlife, and interactions between multiple Twi characters. This is the only “new canon” source that I have, and I did read the whole thing, even though Vader and Palpatine have zero chemistry.

Downloadable books: 

You can get a lot of great Legends content with a 30 day free trial on Scribd. I suggest the Essential Atlas and Guide to Aliens, obviously this is useful for more than just Twi’leks. Scribd also has books on weapons, droids, and ships, but keep in mind most of the content was probably written before SWTOR came out.

Unrelated to Twi’leks but get it anyway: The Wildlife of Star Wars: A Field Guide

There’s been a number of words I couldn’t find represented anywhere already and had to make up myself, like kapi for father. Ryloth is a big planet with lots of different kinds of people though, and obviously there’s plenty of room to make things up for your character’s region and dialect.
