my favorite song on the playlist is i know by girls rituals i think it fits her and i love the way the vocals sound and now i 100% think aba would sing like that too
Since you made that aba playlist so I've been thinking of songs that vibe with her and I wanted to share them
Fences - Destroy boys, it just has her energy I think she'd like that song. Also the lyric "is this all I've ever known" goes with her development in strive
I still adore you - The oozes. Same as the other one just very intense energy that I think aba would enjoy and relate too
I want you - Pulp, from my understanding it's about an intense love that is ultimately harmful for both people, and bc its the singer's pov its unknown if its even reciprocated, very pre-strive aba/paracelsus. Also love the sweet sounding song with dark lyrics, reminiscent of obsession
Hope this isn't weird at all! Just hoped you may enjoy some more music that vibes with aba
Omg I love this!! This not weird at all don't you worry.
But yes especially that first song. We know nothing about the scientist that made her or what her life was like.
We know she was made and kept there but for how long? And what were those living conditions like?
"Is this all I've ever known?" AHHHH yes cause she literally only grew up in a laboratory!!! I think she'd absolutely vibe to that song.
Also I was like this reminds me of the song that goes like "you don't know me, you don't see me. You think I'm trash and you think I'm mean." Looked it up and its by the same band. Its Muzzle.
Friendly reminder that while Palestine should be free, Jews shouldn't die. Israel doesn't represent most of its citizens. Like how most Americans I know are Pro Palestine despite Genocide Joe being the president. This isn't the fault of Jewish people. It's the fault of Israel, or the IDF.
My name is Taheera Abdala, a 21-year-old software engineering student from Gaza. Never did I imagine that I would find myself in a position where I'd have to ask for help, but the unimaginable has happened. The ongoing genocide in Gaza has shattered our lives beyond comprehension.
My father, aged 47, poured his heart into building his own business from scratch. Our home, built with his hard-earned savings, stood as a symbol of our family's resilience. But in the relentless violence in Gaza, we lost everything – our home and my father's cherished workplace.
For four terrifying months, we moved through chaos, desperately seeking safety. We were displaced twice, ending up in a tent for a whole month. It was a struggle to find food, water, shelter, and medicine, especially with the bitter cold.
With heavy hearts, we left Gaza with only the clothes on our backs. But my mind is consumed by one thought: my father, still stuck there in pain.
Every day is an eternity as we wait for news of his safety. The situation in Gaza worsens by the hour, and we're desperate to get him out. The cost to cross the Rafah border is $5000, a sum we cannot afford
Your support in evacuating him will not only save his life but will also provide us with the hope and strength to rebuild our shattered life.
If any of you ever feel like what you're doing for Palestine isn't helping anything, I'll tell you right now it's helping me. I know it is fortifying all of us who have been in this fight for years to see so many people willing to speak up. It has never been like this before.
The tide has already turned. The fact that #free palestine will have new posts everyday, that helps me. It helps my mental health knowing that Palestinians are less alone now than ever.
Yesterday I read some verses from the Quran talking about how "the blame" is not with those who wish to help but cannot, but with those who CAN help and do not.
Truly I do not care if all you do for Palestine is post in that #free palestine everyday, that is still more than many people with the means to do even more would do.
We see you. We see you standing in solidarity with us and with Palestinians. We love you. Thank you.
netizens are desensitising gruesome things that are taking place in Palestine.
even the internet’s reaction to graphic things such as - pictures of injured children, civilians stuck under rubble, dead bodies of families in their destroyed homes etc. is beyond underwhelming.
