SPEAK IT INTO EXISTENCE MR.DOWNEY

the gladers figure out how to make nail polish. it starts out with newt and zart doing each other’s nails at the end of the day while they wait for the runners to finish in the map room. minho noticed newts gold nails and zarts spring green nails and immediately wants his done

it was a normal night in the glade, a bonfire night, no special situation they were just having a good time with their friends, their family. Ben and Minho were there togheter, sitting one next to each other in the corner talking and laughing, they talked about a lot of things all the time, Ben likes to talk a lot and Minho is a really good listener.

"yeah that's funny hahaha... Minho, have you ever think about being togheter like forever? about marriage?" Ben said, hoping he won't sound weird and Minho won't react in a bad way or get mad at him.

"marriage? i never thought about that before, i mean, how could we have a wedding on here?" Minho replied.

"yeah, i guess you are right. Look! over there, gally and jeff are fighting again, let's go see them!" Ben said trying to make the moment less awkward than it already have turned.

But that word stayed on Minho's brain, it didn't leave for at least weeks, we never thought Ben would like something as formal as a wedding, he just thought they were gonna be togheter always no matter what. But what if Ben actually wanted something special like that, he deserved to have it, he deserved to feel special.

A month passed from that night and they were now in the map room, they just got out of the maze and they were doing the same. work they are used to do every night before and after having dinner.

"Hey, do you remember the little convo we had like a month ago during that last bonfire?" Minho asked.

"The one about how your arms are bigger than Gally's or the one about who would win a fight against a bear first?" Ben said.

"NO! No, not those, the one about well you know, about marriage" Minho replied with a little blush on his face and with that little smirk he always does when he is nervous or happy.

"Oh?! Oh! I, i didn't think you actually heard what i was saying, but yeah i do remember. Why do you ask? Do you wanna talk about it or something?" Ben replied and a big smile formed on his face, he almost started jumping.

"Well, i heard it, and i have been thinking about it since then. Ben, i love you and i want you to be happy and feel special, and if marriage is something you want and something that will make you happy, then i want to do it too, i always thought we werr gonna be together until one of us dies and even after that, like we always have had this special connection and i want it to be official, i want everyone to know, and i want to have the honor of calling you my husband. I don't know how much time we have left but what i do know is that i want to spend all of it with you." Minho said and then he took a little ring he made with newt's help and he knelt." So, Ben, the love of my life, the most amazing thing that have ever happened to me, my other half, my sunshine, would you make me the happiest Minho ever and marry me? You know like you and I formally togheter forever?" He was so close to tears during that last part.

"Oh my- Holy shuck Minho I, i dont even know what to say. i love you, so much, and of course i want to marry you, i want to be your husband, i want to be with you." He replied and then he made a pause, took a deep breath and said "But, i think that, right now marriage is not something possible for us, not on this maze and with all this things going on, i want to marry you but not right now, one day when we get out of here and have a good place to live, that day id love to marry you that day." He ended.

"I love you, and I promise im gonna find the way out for you, for us, and one day i will be able to call you my husband." Minho said and then he wrapped Ben in a hug and kissed him. "But um hey, could you at least use this thing, it has so hard to make and i did it for you so i thought you could maybe-" Minho tried to talk "Yeah of course i will use it, give me that. Now shut up and kiss me"
