"This series worldbuilding is so goddamn weird. No clear distinction between anthro and non-anthro animals. It's implied anthros used to eat one another. There's legislation related to necromancy. Greek mythology exists but every other religion is a tossup. Actually wait, no, Dreamtime is also real and it's somehow magic. Rolling into a ball imbues you with enough force to kill people. Pants are not mandatory. The technology is super futuristic and absurdly anachronistic at the same time. It's a mess. I love it."
