I'm almost certain that this has been asked before, but what brushes do you use?

I use a bunch of brushes I found on CSP asset store, or found online for free, or bought from creators. Lemme see if I can share some that I use most frequently...

Also pretty much anything from DAUB CSP brushes, FRENDEN's Brushpack, Jingsketch, Porforever, VAMPBYTE, PharanBrush, saturns_day (on csp assets) is a great pick-up.

I'm a brush hoarder but those are some of my go-to's that work with my current drawing and painting process.

... I know it's an AU that doesn't conform to canon events whatsoever, but I really like the idea of V2 splattering into a heap of metal and blood, then bumping into V1 in the store a few months later and just saying "Nah i faked it."

Ok basically V1 studies hematology and also engineering at a college near a kinda religious town. Gabriel’s parents rented him a place above their shop \church and he works in the shop.

V2 faked her death a few years ago. Shes somewhere living in Mirage’s place while they plot what to do with V1. Mirage is a regular at Gabriel’s place solely cuz they sell the cheapest snacks in town.

E.J Sue’s “Mechaforce” is one of the few “How to Draw” books I would point newbies looking to get into drawing robots to. It emphasizes knowing the basics (Very difficult to draw a robot properly if you can’t use perspective) and fundamental shapes and even arm techniques, and gives a neat insight into how mechanical forms work in art. 

These are just a few of the examples from the anatomy section of the book. It’s currently on sale on Amazon and worth checking out, though I will note it is not a “be all end all” resource, thankfully you can fill in your knowledge gaps elsewhere.
