- Tim.Drake
If you're doing it to me, I'm doing it to you. My fave story of yours that I've read so far is....
Nevermind I can't choose make it three favorites.
Holy Robins, Robin! (Bc hilarity and awwww factor)
Regarding the Workings of a Zoo (damiiiiiiiiiiii bby boii)
Let Them Be Siblings (*hellmo*
😂 dw i didnt choose three for you either
I love how all of these was a result of me not getting enough sleep. It's proof that little sleep = genius moments 🤭
But thank you!! I love writing floof and chaos ^^

Imagine constantly being compared to who you were at 14. No wonder Jason todd goes a bit bonkers sometimes.

Another thing that’s cool about fanfiction: it’s as long as it needs to be.
Well, sometimes it’s longer than anything on God’s green earth needs to be, but my point is that there’s really no rules about fic length.  In traditional publishing there’s this awkward middle where nobody wants to print a novella that’s too long for a short story collection but doesn’t really fill out a book.  Ebooks have changed that somewhat but it’s still a convention that a book is about 75,000 words.
Fanfic is not bound by this standard.  If your story takes 25,000 words to tell, then you can do that, and there are readers for whom that’s a sweet spot.  If you just want to keep going and going for 350,000 words and beyond, nobody’s going to say “only famous authors with grand ideas get to do that”–text is low bandwidth and there are readers who will love the feeling that your story is a home where they’re invited to stay as long as they like.
Sometimes restrictions breed creativity, and some writers need to be forced to edit themselves.  But some writers know exactly what they’re doing when they make a story a certain length, and it’s awesome that the Internet has created spaces that put no limits on that.

I could be wrong so confirm with a teacher or tutor, but I believe I get it.
"Normal pronouns" are what we have in English - she, her, he, they, you, etc. Those are the things like (I think) "ella" "nosotros" "tu" etc. (I didn't match my translations, be aware!). Those pronouns refer to living beings.
Now, with Spanish and other similar languages, those "object pronouns" precede objects and gender them for some incomprehensible reason. These pronouns are the LA in "la casa" or the EL in "el vestido". Example,
El vestido es rojo. = The dress is red.
From my very quick translator check, most of the time you're not actually going to use an "it"?
The dress is red. It is new. = El vestido es rojo. Es neuvo. = (literally) The dress is red. Is new.
Hope that helps!
Help meeee im in Spanish class rn and one of the girls in my class is killing me 😭
“There’s a difference between object pronouns and normal pronouns” 😭
There’s more but I have a shit short term memory, I literally can’t remember most shit but I can remember a boss stat for a game o haven’t played in YEARS
Wait so is a normal pronoun like “you” or “she” and an object pronoun “it”?? Idk much Spanish but I hope you survive

I'm dying of boredom in the longest damn lab/lecture of my college career thus far so HAVE THIS THING THAT I SCRIBBLED
Desperation.
It was a feeling Tim knew well. He'd lived cloaked in it for ten years, since the day he watched his mom and dad drive away without him for a six-month trip.
He'd sunk deeper and deeper into it with every week that went by without a call. And every week when the call was only to say they were prolonging their trip.
He'd plunged into it headfirst when he'd seen Batman - Bruce - drowning in his own share.
He'd floundered in it himself when Jason had come back and tried to destroy everything Tim had rebuilt.
But this.
He'd never felt desperation like this before.
The kind of desperation thar can drive a person to turn their back on everything they've ever stood for.
It was revolting. It was terrifying. It was puking over a cliff before you saw just how far you could fall.
And yet there Tim stood, telling Ra's al Ghul he would serce him in exchange for his help.
Help finding Bruce.
He had to find Bruce.
He would.
And all this would be worth it.
If anyone wants to continue this, go for it.

But Gwen... 🥺
Arson 🥺🥺🥺
Want to share an excerpt from one of my wips for no reason Pt 6:
"Thank you." He did a mock bow with a wave of his hand, making Gwen roll her eyes. "Since our job's done here, let's go set something on fire, Merlin."
"Uh, maybe not set something on fire?" Gwen quickly interrupted with a frown.
"I'm on Gwen with this one," Merlin said apologetically.
"But Merlin! We haven't set anything on fire this past two weeks!"
Merlin winced. "Actually… Lancelot and I already set something on fire."
Gwaine pouted with resentment. "Oh, sorry. I should have known that you preferred Lancelot over me."
"I don't! I like you both equally."
Gwaine turned away from him, crossing his arms.
Merlin shared an exasperated look with Gwen. "Look," Merlin said. "We didn't actually mean to set anything on fire. So you really can't base your statement over that."
Gwaine turned back to him with glee. "So does that mean you still haven't intentionally set anything else on fire after we burned that old lord's whole underwear drawer two weeks ago?"
"I suppose so."
Gwaine snapped his fingers. "That's it. We're going to set something on fire."
"No, you are not." Gwen put her foot down. "That's an order from your future queen. Arthur is stressed enough as it is about that rumor about Morgana being sighted without you two adding arson to the mix."

Iggy.
Darling sister.
This is like half the plot of every Jason story ever.
If I got locked away And we lost it all today Tell me honestly, would you still love me the same? If I showed you my flaws If I couldn't be strong Tell me honestly, would you still love me the same?
