Something like this would be so colossally helpful. I'm sick and tired of trying to research specific clothing from any given culture and being met with either racist stereotypical costumes worn by yt people or ai generated garbage nonsense, and trying to be hyper specific with searches yields fuck all. Like I generally just cannot trust the legitimacy of most search results at this point. It's extremely frustrating. If there are good resources for this then they're buried deep under all the other bullshit, and idk where to start looking.

the way that bad things happen in dragon's dogma makes a lot more sense when you think about how the entire thing is canonically about a nietzschean will-god trying to turn you into his second coming, except he gets really frustrated whenever you do something that implies you care about things beyond self interest and tries to shake the board to make an excuse for why that wouldn't work out

Have you seen a video going round for a game called ‘still wakes the deep’ from The Chinese Room?

It’s about an oil rig on the coast of Scotland that someone is investigating to see whether it’s haunted or not.

Seeing a wee video from it, it looks like the have an authentic Scottish cast so I won’t have to hear my accent Braveheart-ified which is refreshing. It looks like an interesting survival game.

Yes, it looks like an absolute banger and it has a Scottish VA so already a huge thumbs up.
