Am I able to lose weight quickly with very low cal but not much exercise?
I would exercise alot if I could but because of my past my family doenst like me to go out on my own for walks and stuff, my room is small so it's hard to do workouts in, the most I can do is exercise when home alone but that's rare, please give advice

HOW TO CALCULATE CALORIES BURNED
I see a lot of people doing this incorrectly. Every body is different meaning everyone is going to burn a different amount of calories doing the same workout just because something says it burns 200 cals doesn’t mean it will for you.
The formula is :
Total calories burned = Duration (in minutes)*(MET*3.5*weight in kg)/200
First your going to find out how many minutes you were doing the exercise(s).
Then you have to figure out the MET (Metabolic-equivalent-for-task) the harder the worker out is the higher the MET.
Here is a website that you can find the MET of most workouts or you can just look it up.
Then if your weight is not already in kg you will need to transfer it into kg you can just search for this.
Add that information into the correct blanks in the equation then put the completed equation into a calculator and you’ve got the correct amount of cals burned.
If u guys wants i can also do a post on calculating your BMR (the calories you burn doing literally nothing)

100 pillow squeezes
30 side leg lifts (Each side)
To Get That Bubble Butt :
40 butt bridges
25 lying kick backs (Each side)
50 clam lifts (Each side)
20 forward kicks (Each side)
30 knee tucks (Each side)
There is literally no reason why you shouldn’t be doing these workouts ESPECIALLY if you’re in bed. You can do this! You reach that UGW

I feel like at home there is so much more temptation but in school it's so easy to avoid lunch and the hunger isn't as bad when I finally get home, one of the reasons I'm so excited to go back honestly

Question because I just recently got back into this - does it matter what I eat aslong as I don't go over calorie limit? I wouldn't like to go over 1000 calories, but I dont have a choice in what I get for my dinner sometimes because I live with my grandma who likes to make sure I'm eating enough meat and stuff, but she knows I'm picky and don't like eating much - for example I had a Boiled egg and two pizza pockets today which came up to 736 cals and I don't plan to eat anything more, it's not healthy but it's under 1000 cals, will this still work?? Plz help
