September Progress Update

Hello guys. I would first like to thank you for reading the prologue and Chapter 1. I am well on my way on writing Chapter 2 which I still don't know how much the word count could be since there are just so many things that just pop out of nowhere while writing it. I am hoping to release it at the end of this month or maybe at the start of next month.

Speaking of that, there's just so many new ideas appearing inside my head at the moment like things that I could have added in the prologue and Chapter 1. Do other writers experience these kinds of things or is it just that I'm on an inspirational roll?😂

And I also commissioned two pieces of the ROs character portrait. It may also be the reason why I'm on a roll. I think I write better of the characters when I see them like their exact appearance with all the details in it in front of my eyes and not just in my mind. Hope you are looking forward to it. As for me, I can't wait them to be done.😄

I am also experimenting with designs for the stats screen which is to say...not going very well😅😅 but I will try my best and hopefully make it in time with the next update. Well, that's all what I have been doing. Hope you guys stay safe and have fun reading.

What was MC's life back before they die back on Earth? I noticed that they had an older brother? Or am I mistaken?

Yes. They had an older brother with whom they had a complicated love-hate relationship? Basically, the parents dote on their older brother a lot and always comparing them to him which sometimes makes them bitter but nonetheless, they love him. They grew up in a strict middle class Asian-household, so you could say the parents had very high hopes for their brother. Their only escape from their parent's comparison are the animes, mangas, novels and any other types of entertainment they could get their hands on which further lowers the disapproval of their parents.

Well if I have to say

Nil won't say it out loud but thinks that the time spent with MC, Ginger and Father is the best thing in his life.

Matthew likes to take a nap and laze around about, thinking about nothing in particular in some afternoons but of course no one except Azari and the head priest knows about this.

Azari enjoys chess and quite good at it. At first, he only learnt it so that he could wipe the smug grin from Matthew's face everytime he wins but it became a great activity to enjoy with the Head Priest.

Teivelle likes to paint but her paintings are....something else. Her lord didn't say anything about it.

No, it's actually not that the MC cannot control their own destiny. Let's just say that Father is a manipulative and lying person and the story is written from MC's perspective so not everything is as they know.
