realising misce has more of an effect on our age regression than i thought, especially now we more know more about misce labels.

usually we tend to have a more, i think, parental outlook? or preference, i dont know how to properly explain '^^ but during regression we feel and refer to ourself as a pup, that might sound a little obvious but i think its a fun discovery. its a change from out normal outlook anyway

heres some nesting and den tips!

\ Nesting tips -

I personally find it best to make a scent specific to your den. A scent to make it feel more like you and like your home. Sometimes candles put around the room(not too close as to not burn anything or spill wax on anything.) or a perfume can work! Theres also tutorials on youtube or tiktok on to make custom scent markers.

Cloud beds from "myflufel" are great nests. They have the shape of a cat and dog bed, but are human size. they can fit 1-2 people i presume. These beds are very comfy too! I recommend them for nests. You can place it on a bed and outline it with a blanket or hide under the blanket inside the bed, any way you;d like to nest.

Decorate it! Use pillows that have pillowcases you like, as well as throw blankets. Use stuffed animals or anything thats available to you for deco. It makes your nest feel more like home.

If you bring food to the nest, please please PLEASE keep it in a container, its easy to spill things, so i suggest getting a bedstand or bed table to eat on, make sure you have a towel or paper towels to clean or stop the mess if needed.

\ den tips -

I suggest dim lighting, it makes it more like a cave/animal den. Maybe close your curtains and turn off your lights? I suggest adding led lights if needed, as you can dim them and change the color to feel more like a cave.

outdoor areas like patios, backyards, woods/forests work great! you can bring a blanket, bug spray, etc! Its very nice to have an outside den. Helps you connect to nature.

If you have a pack online, make an online den! A server or Pinterest board works. You can add pictures and ideas/shopping lists to them. If its an irl pack, make sure its somewhere you can all go, like near a park or somewhere like that.

If outside, KEEP NATURE IN MIND. Don't throw trash everywhere, dont disturb animals, etc! thats simple and common sense, but i feel the need to say it.

hmm, to be honest im not that well versed in the community since were new to it, but i guess i wish we were closer to other sections of the otherkin community, i could just be mising it a lot of otherkin/therian spaces i visit dont know much about miscecanis! its be cool if we branched out a little, but also im a little shy so..
