You have a luxury penthouse in the Fashion District. I guess things didn't work out with Jules Rico ever since you found out he has a baby on the way with Bess Sterling, huh. Now, most respectable baby daddies with shiny new girlfriends would've said "hell no"... but Salim could never reject Kaia. He still has so much love for her - as Quinn's mother of course.
