To work conferences in Chicago and then good friends like @grayieviv to have some fun after. (Like getting you to drink something other than bud light, and showing you Molly's cupcakes) Finally got a peak at the @artinstitutechi and saw some super cool things and the Egyptian exhibit was amazing. (like the agony of fixing a bodice strap never changes, or goiters, or my excitement of being like yeah my French is still good enough to read that). This #chiropractor is ready for a nap though. Thank you @soulcare.experience for a super amazing mandala workshop yesterday! For those of you who haven't done one of these before there's some meditation, walking meditation, we got a brief lowdown on some mandala history and set to it.
