Hi !! I love your work on rats, they're one of my favorite animals ! Do you have a link to your shop I could see to commission you?
Hello, the only page I have is my Instagram, you can search for it as skull.hoarder
You have to know that I currently only work in my country, which is Mexico, if you are outside of Mexico it may not be possible to make you a commission :(

The most endangered cat in the Americas, found living on the outskirts of Chile’s capital, Santiago. The elusive Andean cat ((Leopardus jacobita), a species thought to exist only in extremely remote rocky outcrops, was caught on camera close to the city

This is something I had not mentioned
One of my skeletons arrived at what could be said to be the most important museum in the city and one of the most important in Mexico, the Museo del Desierto
The story of this skeleton is funny, a partner who finds me animals to work with asked me to work on this snake and he paid me with around 12 snakes, all over 2.5 meters
The idea was that this skeleton was going to be for one of his clients, a wealthy and extravagant guy who actually lives in my area.
We were going to place the skeleton in an urn on a black marble with black lights on the sides so that the skeleton would glow.
When I finished the skeleton and they picked it up to do the urn after about a week my partner called me and gave me the news that in the man did not want it because "his wife did not like it" so we abandoned the idea of the marble and we began to look for a buyer for the skeleton as it was, I offered it to my boss of the taxidermy workshop who, by the way, said that he want it but since he did not pay and the one who pays first is the one who wins, the director ended up buying it of said museum that he paid in cash the same day that my partner offered it to him
The next day we went to deliver it, I met this person who congratulated me and then my partners congratulated me because the director congratulated me since apparently he never congratulates anyone and it is very very very rare that something surprises him, and boy was he surprised with my job
Anyway, all the staff were behind us fascinated with the piece that we were taking to the herpetarium of the museum where it is currently on display and luckily for me they told me that there are probably projects available to take there since they don't have anyone to take care of the osteotechniques of reptiles
So, that is the story of how a client turned out badly for us and now I have the doors open to work in one of the most important museums in my country, and all because a lady did not like the skeleton :v

And I leave a photo of the skeleton the day we left it at the museum

Chameleon skeleton that I articulated and sold recently
It was a headache to work this animal but I liked the result
I also would have liked to have the dome in better shape, with some still life, moss and stuff, but the client said he wanted it like this, so 🤷

And technically musk deer shouldn't be there, it's a recent thing so it's understandable but musk deer were reclassified into the new family Moschidae, being more closely related to bovines than true deer.

Pathological coyote skull re-clean for a customer. Possible snare injury?
It was boiled and super greasy. After degreasing it was even more fragile though, and needed glue reinforcement to hold together and prevent flaking.

I put together this 6 foot boa constrictor skeleton. She was one of my snakes, and died over the Christmas holiday 2014, when I left her in a friend’s care, while visiting family. I posted this finished skeleton to my facebook a couple days ago, and was absolutely floored to receive a message from the Smithsonian. Wow……..certainly wasn’t expecting that. Here’s one of the first snake skeletons I did, 3 years ago.
