Lance gets freckles in the summer.

Because of how much time they spent in space, Lance enjoys the feeling of the sun even more now, so during summer time, he'll spend all day outside just doing whatever.

After he comes in and eats dinner, he and Keith will snuggle up in their bed and talk about all the things he did that day.

It takes Keith a couple days to realize that Lance has new freckles showing up, but once he does, he makes a point to kiss every single one, which results in conversations like this:

K: *starts planting kisses all over Lance's face*

L: *giggling* "what are you up to?"

K: "shhh, hold still, I'll lose count"

L: "lose count of what, silly?"

K: "your freckles, I'm trying to kiss all of them-"
