I have been keeping my calories until 1,200. Better than normal, but not good.
Breakfast: skipped
Lunch:
Spanish rice~ 1 cup~ 185 cals
Sweet potato fries~ 3 oz~ 99 cals
Chicken breast~ 3 oz~ 140 cals
Dinner:
Vegan bun~ 1~ 50 cals
Sloppy joe~ 2 oz~ 57 cals
Snacks:
Cold brew~ 20 oz~ 35 cals
Protein bar~ 1~ 250 cals
Fruit snacks~ 2 bags~ 140 cals
Total: 956 cals
I NEED to stop eating snacks. Any advice or meanspø would be wonderfully appreciated!

Total: 1,022 cals
I feel better than yesterday, but I am still incredibly embarrassed by how much I ate. Less than normal, though. And I am exercising. It is only walking, but better than nothing! Let's see if we can keep it up <3

I am not able to weigh myself, sadly. But, I can do my diet. so far, I have loved having eggs for breakfast and chicken and rice or dinner. They may seem calorie dense, but it helps curb my binging issues. They keep me full longer, while being worth the calories.
Breakfast:
eggs~ 1.5~ 158 cals
mango slices~ 1/3 fruit, rounded up~ 39 cals
cranberry juice~ 4 oz~ 58 cals (i never realized, this will be cut for now on)
Lunch: Skipped
Dinner:
chicken breast~ 1, small~ 284 cals
spanish rice~ 1/3 cup~ 152 cals
spicy broccoli~ 1/16 cup~ 5 cals
Late Night Snack:
Danish~ 1~ 349 cals
I was doing so well, but I binged on a stupid danish. I should have just slept.

Hey, everyone! Im here, posting this, so that i can join the community!
I am currently 5'5", 202.7 lbs, and 19 yo. The beginning of documenting my struggle starts today! I am starting small, and slowly working my way up to not eating. I am aware that suddenly beginning will lead to less results.

Things i wish i knew when i started:
👾 dont just check for c4ls, sodium only makes you hungrier
👾 protein intake is a must
👾 dont restr1ct too low, honestly start 1400-1600 and work your way down
👾 coke zero is better than diet coke sorry not sorry
👾 stop eating at 6 and make your c4lorie window smaller
👾 drink about 32 oz of liquid before eating never eat when you're thirsty
👾 dont dry f4st (this is obvs but i only ever dry f4sted in middle school)
👾 go on tumblr for 30 min before eating or just wait, this helps me with self control
👾 never eat stressed or when you're head isnt in the right place
👾 only w3igh yourself once a week under the same conditions (idk why w3ighing myself obsessively led to b1nges)
👾 eating high c4l food is okay in portions+ it helps hide your tracks and curbs b1nges
👾 learn to like the feeling of being hungry and only eat when you have to
👾 dont break fasts with c4l dense foods, eat something light then wait an hour and eat a healthy meal
👾 if you go over your lim1t its not over, one bite is better than a b1nge you'll thank yourself later
👾 think about long term, not about what youll look like today or tomorrow

i remember when i first started (3 yrs ago) i was restr1cted to 200 c4ls then b/p ing it was honestly the worst experience ever and i dont want anyone to go through that so heres some things ive used the past month or so ive been back and havent b1nged which im like really happy about. i wanna emphasize #3 cause my initial week i ate abt 1000-1200 everyday and lost 10łbs and kept it off so

Girls and boys hear me out, if you're havimg stomach aches and been bloated everytime you eat, i recommend you to get a digestive tea (it got me a flat stomach in just a night (ive been very bloated lately)). Mine consists of mint, chamomile, licorice, fennel and rooibos. 100% natural. I drink one everytime i start to have stomach aches or if i've eaten something spicy.
It works everytime.

How to be a princess
-drink ice water all of the time
-always wear lip gloss/lip balm and reapply it often
-always smell good, take lots of showers with yummy smelling soaps, use lotion all of the time and wear a matching perfume
-always have soft skin and hair (lotion + hair routine)
-don't eat anything greasy or too indulgent, be delicate with your choices. Choose things like salads, veggies, fruits, and always make food at home instead of going out
-keep your nails painted a soft pretty color, fix them when the paint chips
-wear makeup everyday, wake up early and carefully apply it with natural lighting
-no soda or sugary drinks, make yourself tea made out of flowers and plants if you want something other than plain water
-go to sleep early, wake up early
-keep your space clean, take time everyday to tidy up your room/home. You're too pretty to live somewhere ugly
-don't eat portions that wouldn't fit in the palm of your hand, don't be greedy
-make your bed every morning
-wear delicate jewelry like little necklaces and bracelets
-spend time outside, take long walks and enjoy nature. Breathe. Walk slowly.
-spend time choosing what you're going to wear, always dress cute and wear lots of accessories
